The space
The first floor offers a spacious and open-concept design, bathed in abundant natural light. The kitchen is both expansive and modern, equipped with professional-grade appliances and stocked with everything necessary for culinary endeavours. The generously sized bedroom is flooded with natural light, features efficient air conditioning, and boasts an ensuite walk-in closet and bathroom for added convenience.

The property sits on a substantial 2000-square-meter lot adorned with a variety of fruit trees. The location exudes tranquility and is conveniently situated in close proximity to the ocean, ensuring a serene and coastal experience.

Guest access
Currently, access is limited to the main floor, which includes the kitchen, living room, one bedroom, a bathroom, and a walk-in closet. While the backyard remains unfinished, work has begun in the pool area, where excavation has taken place. On a brighter note, our garden area is accessible, allowing guests to freely enjoy the available fruits at their leisure.
