It was a great house. We had 8 adults and it was nice . We had plenty of room and did not feel on top of each other. The pool table and ping pong table were great for a fun game night.

Met the goals for our family gathering. There was a maintenance issue, however, the team jumped right on it and had a technician at the house within a couple hours to fix it. Will stay there again during our next visit to Overland Park.

Perfect set up

House is perfect for us. We travel in for a hockey tournament and just need a place to sleep, shower and rest. Will absolutely rent again

Fully equipped kitchen and comfortable accommodations. Perfect for a group of guys to hangout play pool and watch movies during our down time from a training program we attended. Quick reply from the owner on questions. Would stay here again!

From the owner: "Thank you for the 5-star review. I wish you had let us know about the propane; we could have gotten you one. We had one, but someone must have taken it. There was a plumber there on the 20th, so that is likely why there was water on the floor in the basement. That door is supposed to be locked when guests are there, and no guest access. We appreciate your feedback."

We had a fantastic stay during my son’s soccer tournament in Overland Park! The home was clean, comfortable, and in a perfect location close to the fields and everything we needed.A special thank you to the host for allowing us to stay an extra hour—it made a big difference with our tournament schedule and was truly appreciated. The pool table and ping pong table were a huge hit and kept everyone entertained after long days at the fields.Great communication, a smooth experience all around, and we’d definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Lovely space. Hostess responded promptly to our concerns. We did some thrift shopping for coffee mugs and soup bowls to accommodate our group. The hostess did offer to reimburse us but we enjoyed being there so much, it was a small price to pay!

This home was the perfect place to stay during our visit to Overland Park. The home was in a beautiful neighborhood that was quiet and safe. The basement game room was where we hung out every evening. The kids loved having their own rooms upstairs and the downstairs bedrooms were roomy and comfortable. There are stores very close to the home to get whatever you need. Would 100% stay again!!

OP Family Home met our size, location, amenity, and budget needs perfectly. Overall it was easy and comfortable. As the pictures show, the decor is dated, but it’s clean and everything works.
