The chill of the mountain air invites you to curl up by the electric fireplace, warm floors beneath your feet, and the quiet promise of another day on the slopes. As evening falls, the glow from the hearth reflects off frosted windows while you settle into a space designed for rest, connection, and comfort.
Sleeping arrangements
This townhouse welcomes up to six guests across three inviting bedrooms and two bathrooms. The primary bedroom occupies the upper level, offering a king bed, TV, and a private deck that opens to crisp alpine air. Its ensuite bathroom features a deep-soaking jacuzzi tub and an enclosed shower for a relaxing end to your ski day. On the main level, the second bedroom includes a king-split bed, while the third bedroom is furnished with two tri-bunks (each with a double and single). A second bathroom features a single vanity and a double glass-enclosed shower, ensuring ample space for everyone to refresh after a day outdoors.
Living spaces
Vaulted ceilings and large picture windows fill the living area with natural light and views of Rainbow Mountain and the surrounding forest. The open floor plan creates a welcoming environment for gathering, whether you’re streaming a favorite show by the electric fireplace or reading by the window-side desk. Heated floors add comfort on cool mornings, making it a cozy retreat for winter stays.
Kitchen & dining
The kitchen features marble countertops, an electric cooktop, and state-of-the-art appliances, complete with a Nespresso coffee machine to start your mornings right. The adjacent dining area seats six, offering a warm setting for shared meals and conversation after a day exploring Whistler’s slopes or trails.
Outdoor living
Step onto your private balcony to take in mountain and forest views while preparing a meal on the BBQ. The complex also offers a shared hot tub for unwinding under the stars, available outside of its seasonal closure from April to October 2025. A free shuttle (Route 5) provides convenient access to the lifts, village, and gondola, while secure underground parking and a bike rack make it easy to store your gear.

Located within Blackcomb Greens beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, the property offers forested surroundings and close proximity to cross-country ski and bike trails at Lost Lake. The Upper Village and Whistler Village are just a short walk or shuttle ride away, where you’ll find shops, restaurants, and year-round adventure.
Please note: From April to October 2025, the complex will undergo parkade renovations. The shared hot tub will be closed until October 10, 2025, and landscaping work will continue during August and September.

Guest Access:
Guests will have full, private access to the residence, including all bedrooms, bathrooms, living areas, and the patio or balcony. One designated parking space is included, along with access to the complex’s outdoor hot tub. Check-in is fully contactless, with entry provided via a unique door code. Detailed check-in instructions will be sent prior to arrival.

Blackcomb Greens is nestled beside the Fairmont Chateau Whistler Golf Club, offering peaceful, forested surroundings with sweeping mountain views. The Upper Village and Blackcomb Gondola are just a short walk or a quick ride on the free village shuttle, while the nearby Valley Trail invites year-round walking and biking adventures.

• Stairs. The home has 3 levels with stairs and no elevators
• No air conditioning. Fans are provided for all bedrooms
• Strictly no parties or events. To respect our neighbors, we have a strict no-party policy in this home
• Quiet hours. Whistler municipal bylaw states that quiet hours are between 10 pm and 8 am
• No smoking on the premises. This includes patios, decks, and hot tubs. The Blackcomb Greens complex and grounds are 100% smoke-free
• Not pet-friendly. No pets are permitted on this property
