Very bright second floor two bedroom, two bath bay view condo. Comfortably furnished with a new queen bed and twin in the master bedroom with flat screen TV. Upgraded master bath with tub & shower. Guest bedroom s features a queen and twin with a flat screen TV Guest bath has been upgraded as well with walk in shower. Pull out sofa bed

in living room.

Amenities include largest heated pool on Anna Maria Island, private beach access, tennis court, shuffleboard, fitness center, Bar B Q grills, kayak launch and fishing pier. Extended cable and WIFI internet access are included.

Unit provides the following: 6 beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, skim board, noodles, tennis rackets.

7 day minimum stay with monthly rates available.

PLEASE NOTE - Only 2 vehicles can be parked at the unit; this includes golf carts, motorcycles, scooters, etc.
