✦ We have furnished our apartment so that the whole family can stay there!

✦ The master bedroom includes a queen-size bed, a closet to store your personal belongings and large opaque curtains to sleep well in complete privacy. In addition, you have access to a large workspace which includes a desk, an ergonomic chair, a monitor and an HDMI cable.

✦ Our large kitchen is fully equipped to allow you to cook delicious meals during your vacation. Dishes, utensils, glasses, dishes, pots, pans, food essentials are on site to facilitate preparation. You will even have access to a mixer, a food processor, a Wok, a slow cooker and a scale!

We have a filter coffee maker and a Nespresso machine (We provide the ground coffee, bring your Vertuo capsules for a delicious morning coffee)

✦ In the living room there is a large sofa that can be transformed into a queen bed in the evening, a smart television allowing access to your Netflix account as well as a chest of drawers filled with board games, DVDs and books for all ages.

✦ The unit has a full bathroom, accessible to everyone!

Our stay in Montreal was to visit with our Son, daughter-in-law and granddaugher. This was our second time staying a L'Eco-Logis for the same purpose.We spent most of our time in the apartment, located a block form our kid's small,apartment. Visiting with the family, making meals and enjoying our grand daugher. Kitchen is well equiped to make meals; stove top, microwave, full size fridge, coffe maker(s), toaster, Pots/pans/etc; all the dishes and flatware you would need. Even dishware etc. needed to serve a toddler.Essential kitchen supplies are provided, along with coffee making supplies. It is located about 1-1/2 blocks from an IGA.

Great location, excellent accommodations

I'm a medical resident who had an elective rotation at the Montreal Heart Institute. This was the perfect spot- 7 min walk away. Newly renovated bathroom - fantastic shower. Very comfortable bed. Kitchen stocked with tea and coffee. Smart TV with Haier/Roku TV, so I could watch hockey games during the evenings. Highly recommend.

The place was as nice as a basement apartment turned into a rental could be, with items for guest to use like board games for kids and dishes in the kitchen. Unfortunately, on the first morning I bumped my head on a display shelf hanging by the door, knocking it off the wall and shattering the glass backing. I notified the host, cleaned up the glass and safely put it in an outside trash can, reassembled the shelf (the front mirror and items on the shelf did not break, the shelf was held together by pegs), hung it back up and sent pictures to the host.The host sent a payment request for the shelf before we checked out. We thought the amount was high and politely pushed back. The host then threatened to keep the full deposit, told me she would write me a bad review, and suggested the value was worth more than the replacement cost because of the labor involved in replacing it. We ended up paying the full replacement cost for a still usable shelf bc it wasn't worth our time and this platform doesn't offer other recourse.Accidents happen, wear and tear happen. The host's unnecessary escalation soured what could have been a nice stay.
