Soleil Sur La Mer boasts an enviable position just footsteps from Dromana Beach. The house itself has been totally refurbished to evoke a modern, beachy vibe. The lounge room at the front of the house allows for lots of natural light, looking out across the front yard and park across the street. There are plenty of couches and arm chairs, plus a TV and DVD player to cater to your evening entertainment.

The central hub of the house is the open concept kitchen and dining area. The kitchen is kitted out with new stainless steel appliances and all the cooking gear you’ll need to whip up meals at home. Have a quick bite to eat up at the breakfast bar or opt for more formal dining around the round table. Sliding doors open out to the huge, fully fenced yard. Step outside to enjoy a summer BBQ around the teak table with an umbrella for shade.

Three bedrooms offer a comfortable place to retire after a day at the beach. The primary bedroom is furnished with a queen bed and boasts a stunning ensuite with a designer vanity. The second bedroom also features a queen-size bed, while the third bedroom is perfect for kids (big or small), offering two sets of bunk beds. A second bathroom is equipped with a combination shower bath, ideal for bath time, while a third bathroom serves as a shower room to quickly rinse away the sand.

Free parking is provided in the driveway, while working remotely is easy thanks to WiFi. Split-system heating and cooling keep temperatures comfortable in the main living areas.
