Discover the perfect family vacation at The Monarch at the Shore, one of Wildwood Crest's premier destinations. Just one block from the beautiful, free beaches and the iconic boardwalk, and a short 10-minute walk to the Convention Center, our resort offers convenience and comfort for your beach getaway.
Rental Information:
We welcome families and mature adults (25+ years old) only. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate prom groups, senior week, high school, college, or spring break rentals. Our condominium complex is dedicated to providing a family-friendly atmosphere.
Special Promotion:
April/May/October Offer: Rent any 3 nights and enjoy a 4th night free, including Memorial Day weekend!*
*Choose your 3 nights and contact the owner to select your complimentary 4th night. The free night must be consecutive and available on the calendar.
Condominium Features:
- Large heated pool with hot tub and kiddie pool, complete with chaise lounges and umbrellas
- Courtyard with a “grill & chill” area featuring four gas grills
- Two lobbies with elevators and luggage carts
- Fitness room, bike racks, and outdoor shower
- Walking distance to beaches, boardwalk, Convention Center, restaurants, miniature golf, Sunset Lake, and parks
Unit 108 Highlights:
- 1,200 sq. ft. air-conditioned unit on the first floor, sleeping up to 6 comfortably
- Beach views from a spacious personal outdoor veranda
- Fully equipped kitchen with granite countertops and modern appliances
- Master bedroom with a queen bed, second bedroom with two twin beds, and a queen sofa bed in the family room
- Two full bathrooms with tubs
- Large family room and dining area for six
- Flat-screen TVs with Comcast service, dedicated WiFi, and washer/dryer
- Private wide deck with ample seating and two sliding glass door entries
- Two off-street parking spaces and a storage closet with beach gear
- 9' ceilings with ceiling fans in each room
Rental Details:
Daily rentals available with a 3-night minimum. Weekly rentals from Saturday to Saturday only during prime weeks (late June through Labor Day).
Check-in: 3:00 PM, Check-out: 10:00 AM
- No pets or smoking allowed. Children are welcome, and the unit is wheelchair accessible.
- Mandatory $150 cleaning fee ensures the unit is cleaned and sanitized, including all critical touchpoints.
Please note: Linens and towels are not included. We can recommend local companies for rental services.
Pool and Hot Tub Availability:
Open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September.
