This tall, handsome home perches above the neighborhood park at lovely Olivia Beach, a planned community of Craftsman-style homes in Lincoln City. Equipped with a seasonal pool, exercise room, fire-pit, volleyball space, playground and lawn, the park area is an extra perk of this well-appointed home. Beautiful décor, Craftsman touches, hardwood floors, and a soothing white and aqua interior make the first floor of this home perfect for gathering to enjoy the beach. A quartz breakfast bar will bring guests to hang out in the kitchen, a trestle table gives you plenty of room to dine, and the cozy living room has a TV and fireplace for relaxed evenings. There’s extra living space and TV on the lower level, making this an excellent home to share with another family or extra guests. Upstairs you’ll find three bedrooms, including a queen bedroom and a sweet kids’ room with twin speedboat-shaped beds. The king suite has views of the park and Olivia Beach’s remarkable neighborhood, plus a TV, a full sunny bath with a walk-in shower and upper deck access.

Your location puts you in walking distance of coffee, dining, and the Coast’s biggest used bookstore. Olivia Beach has private beach access that’s an easy stroll from the house. You’ll be in a great spot to explore all of the Central Coast by car, but there’s plenty to occupy your sandy feet right at Sandy Feet Retreat!

Spring break

We had the best time. The house was amazing, plenty of room for family and friends. Location was great, there was a park across the street and the beach was only a few minute drive. We loved it!

Winter Break Rest & Relax

This home was amazing! Our group ended up being smaller than anticipated so we had plenty. Even if our entire group had made it we would have had plenty of space. It was such a nice home to be able to rest and relax. We had everything we need and more. Great kitchen stocked with quality cookware. Hot tub was easy to access. Also really appreciate having smart TVs to be able to stream shows/movies instead of relying on cable.

Wonderful Stay For Cousin Camp 2024

Our family truly enjoyed the house. We had a variety of ages and everyone had their own space when they needed it! It was in pristine condition when we got there and decorated with class. Tons of toys for the little ones, along with a great variety of beach toys. The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything we needed and more! The hot tub was a hit too. The only complaint I had was when I booked I had asked if there was a possibility of checking in early and did not receive a response. Oh and hubby thought the king bed was an adjustable temper-pedic but there was no remote to be found. I could have cared less because the bed was super cozy anyway. Thank you for the great memories.

Great place for the kiddos!

The house was great! Just as pictured. It was clean, cozy and roomy. We enjoyed the fireplaces on both floors because it was a bit chilly while we were there. The kitchen had everything we needed. The bedrooms and bathrooms were nice and big. It was nice that the room with the cute boat beds had a trundle because the beds were pretty high off the ground and we have a two year old grandson. We didn't use the bunkbeds on the bottom floor for sleep but they were great to lay on while we were all downstairs. The toys were a big hit with our grandkids! There were plenty of them for hours of play. They were good quality and different than their toys at home. It was a little further from the beach then we wanted but still totally doable. If we stay again with Meredith Lodging, we will try to get a house on the beach. Olivia beach is a nice area. The only thing I would say is make sure you have small to medium sized vehicles. We had two pickups (one of them 3/4 ton) and one Rav4 and the parking in the driveway was very tight. We had to do some serious maneuvering to fit them. The streets are narrow so parking isn't allowed.Overall, we had a great stay at a very nice house! Oh, and our dog had a good time as well :)
