Stroll 10 minutes to find the tranquil Rapid Creek Beach or Nightcliff Foreshore, while a 15-minute drive will take you to the CBD.

Start your morning with a cup of coffee from Cafe Central right next door before strolling to the Foreshore or the Beachfront Hotel for a pub meal. When you’re not sampling the nearby restaurants and food trucks, each open-plan kitchen and dining area has everything you need to cook and enjoy meals at home, including a dishwasher for easy clean-up, and a cosy four-seater table.

Every living area is thoughtfully furnished with a neutral, coastal-inspired colour scheme, complete with air-conditioning and a comfy sofa where you can settle in after a day of work or sightseeing, while the apartments' ground floor location ensures easy-breezy access.

Enjoy comfort across all three units, with each featuring two elegantly appointed bedrooms and a streamlined bathroom to accommodate up to four guests. The primary bedroom boasts a luxurious queen-size bed, while the second bedroom offers the convenience of two single beds. Enhancing your stay, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, ceiling fans, and expansive windows that invite ample natural light. After a sun-soaked day at the beach, rejuvenate in the impeccably designed bathroom, featuring a walk-in shower for a refreshing end to your coastal adventures.

There are parking spots onsite and plenty of 24/7 free street parking. We provide cots, high chairs and extra children's beds for an extra fee upon request three days before you arrive. For bigger groups, guests can also book three more units in the same building.
During your stay, you and your group will have the three adjacent apartments to yourselves. The upper level may be occupied by other tenants. Please make yourself at home!

Nightcliff Foreshore is a popular recreational space around 10 minutes' walk from your stay, offering food trucks and open-air restaurants as well as bike paths, outdoor exercise stations and a pool. Nightcliff Jetty is a picturesque spot to watch the stunning Darwin sunsets, while the Beachfront Hotel is a local favourite for food, drinks and live music.

The Rapid Creek Markets, Darwin's oldest running market, is held every Saturday and Sunday at Rapid Creek Business Village. Less than 15 minutes’ walk from your stay, you'll find street food, arts and crafts stalls, and fresh produce.

Rapid Creek Beach, Casuarina Beach and Nightcliff Beach are all within close distance of your stay, please be sure to check online beforehand whether the beaches are currently patrolled and suitable for swimming as conditions can change throughout the year.

If your stay is over 14 days, a mid-stay clean will be scheduled every fortnight until your check-out date. Please note that a mid-stay cleaning fee will be charged.
