Cozy Basement Suite in Brampton
Very convenient location. Close to Bramalea City Centre. Around 15 minutes drive to Pearson airport. Plenty of shops, restaurants, malls, Walmart, etc. within 5-10 minutes drive. A bus stop is few steps away. Bramalea Transit bus station is 2-3 min drive away. You can go anywhere in GTA from this bus station.
About an hour drive to Famous Niagara Falls.
About 45 min. drive to University of Waterloo, Wilfrid Laurier university, McMaster University.
The Blue Mountains takes less than 2 hrs.

Its a 1_Bed Room basement suite with a full kitchen and a full washroom and small living space. Good for 2 Adults.
Guest access
There is a separate entrance from the back side of the house for the guest to have the access to the basement suite.
