Our fully-stocked kitchen is a foodie's paradise, equipped with modern appliances including a spacious fridge with a freezer, Ninja blender, Insta-Pot, four-stove cooktop, oven, and dishwasher. Coffee lovers will appreciate our coffee station, and the toaster, cooking utensils, silverware, and dishes complete the ensemble for your culinary adventures.

Our apartment also features a convenient laundry area for your convenience, so you'll have everything you need to feel right at home. Our property does not have a mailbox.

Street parking is available first-come, first-served. No driveway parking permitted. Driveway parking is reserved for the front unit only, so please avoid parking your vehicles to prevent towing.

To ensure a worry-free stay, we kindly ask for the ID of the person making the booking, a signature on the rental agreement, and a $500 security deposit. Please ensure that the signed name matches the name on the reservation, ID, and credit card on file.
📌 IMPORTANT: All required documents (ID, signed agreement, and security deposit) must be submitted within 24 hours of booking. Failure to complete this requirement within the 24-hour timeframe may result in the cancellation of your reservation.

The cardholder must be present upon arrival and complete a quick selfie with their government-issued ID in front of the unit before the access code is released.
