This property sits on a cliff and offers beautiful views, ocean breezes and easy access to the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and washer and dryer were a great help with our two little ones. The beds are very comfortable and deck and coffee nook on the rocks are so wonderful. Home is very clean and hosts and property manager, Paula, are so helpful. We hope to come back.

There is a lot to love about this property. Location and views are fantastic, and the outside covered porch and dining area for six add a wonderful dimension, rain or shine. The house is immaculately clean and just as described. Paula, the property manager, deserves special commendation for all of the many extra efforts she put in to make sure we felt welcome and informed. One downside ... parking is tight, especially so with construction vehicles around every weekday during our visit. Wish we had been told about the construction in advance.

Stayed for a family wedding weekend at the Union Bluff, and all my family was jealous of myself, my husband and our 2 children and their significant others!!! The house is gorgeous and the views are spectacular!!! Loved it SO much!!!

This property has breathtaking views of the ocean and beach. The master bedroom is stunning, and the veranda is the perfect spot to watch the sun rise and set. It’s also nice for sharing meals and drinks! The beach is just steps away and a walk to Goldenrod or Wicked Good Ice Cream is a must! If you want a bit longer of a walk, head to the Nubble Lighthouse and Dunne’s Ice Cream. Great places to shop and eat are plenty! This house was well-appointed and Paula was always available to help us. Our family of five loved our week at this place!

A delightful view and easy access to downtown York. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rocking dual swing on the porch was a wonderful surprise.
