Great house for our family, plenty of room for everyone to have private space. Access to resort pool and lazy river was a bonus. Location is incredible for Disney parks.Our reason for only four stars relates to furnishings, specifically dishwasher and sofas. Dishwasher greatly needs a new rack. We couldn't be sure items were cleaned so ended up using paper plates. Sofas have little support when you sit (almost feels like being on the floor) and very difficult to get out of. Minor issues but difference between excellent and good.

The property had all we need for a successful vacation. Remember to do trash everyday so by the end of your stay do not have a lot to trash. The trash container at the door is pretty but accommodates only one large full bag. There was a dumpster in the neighborhood but it was pretty full.The air conditioner in the house seems to cool off the upstairs more than the first floor. A good room assignment will resolve it!Safety in the neighborhood is high priority, we loved that! We got to enjoy one of the clubs, kids had an amazing time there!It is a very nice and quiet community.We will stay there again for sure if we visit Orlando in the future!

Great house, great location, very nice property with a lot to do. House was clean and hosts were great. The kitchen could be stocked a bit better with cooking supplies and at least salt and pepper.

This was by far my least favorite rental property ever and we travel frequently. We were in town for a four day volleyball tournament. This property was not cleaned well. It was spot cleaned at best. There were dusty cobwebs in the corners of one of the downstairs bedrooms. The lower level floors were not swept and mopped. The living room furniture was significantly stained and poorly kept. Upon arrival we discovered a note stating the washer machine was broken and parts were ordered. It took 3 days and a call to vrbo to get the washer fixed. Also the dishwasher was all broken inside with water sitting in the bottom. The soap pod didn't even dissolve, so the dishes were not cleaned and disinfected properly. 3 families shared this home and not one of us of would stay here again in the future. On the positive side the home was spacious and resort amenities were nice.

The host was always quick to reply. The house could use some updating and a deep clean. Don;t get me wrong the house was clean when we got there but a fresh coat of paint, new toilet seats, and vents could be cleaned. We had the pool heated as we were not sure about the weather and it was great!

Fabulous Villa in Kissimmee

Fantastic location, super clean home and wonderful community pool/workout facility. Villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. Large gated community which was great for walks/runs. Property manger was super friendly and great communicator.

Great stay home away from home

The House had a welcome feeling. Very clean and nicely decorated.The only thing is that the floor in the bathroom is squeaking when you walk.Other than that, it was a great stay.The maintenance is quick to response.Merry Christmas.

The house is in a great location for visiting the Disney parks. The house is a bit dated according to the pictures including in accurate dining which caused problems for us all to eat together. We had a couple of issues which included cockroaches and took the property mgmt 4 days to get someone out to treat the house.

Wonderful!

This house was amazing. Very clean, end unit with plenty of room for our family. We had a small issue with pool lights and they answered promptly and came right out and fixed it. The air-conditioning is on point in this house, no fear of being warm. Would certainly rent this house again.

Perfect!

Loved this place! I was able to pre-register/check in so day of arrival we went straight to the house. House was very clean & so beautiful! Our family of 7 (4 adults, 1 teen & two kids age 12). Everything we needed was provided in the home. The only things we needed to bring was toilet paper, paper towel, garbage bags & laundry soap. I will definitley book again as soon as possible!

The property had a few lights out in bedroom and living room. Water was not hit at kitchen sink and the rugs are very worn. The pool looked very dirty. The furniture in the living room and kitchen is in need of replacing

Great place to stay

The property and communications were excellent. The only drawback was preregistration. I had to scan the back and front of drivers license and credit card and send it email. After doind so, Ibread you should never email that information. It worked out ok but did not like the process.
