About this property

Welcome to the Gardens of Beachwalk. Third floor with two bedrooms and two bathrooms condo. Both bedrooms have queen size beds. Fully equipped kitchen with breakfast nook. Work station in the den area. Inside laundry with full size washer and dryer. Wi-fi and cable included. Complex is gated with heated swimming pool, fitness room and lots of lakes. Great for walking and biking. Walk to grocery store with many restaurants close by. Fort Myers Beach is a 5 mile drive.
Check out the beaches of Sanibel island also a short drive. Airport is close by. Grounds are very well maintained with lots of tropical landscaping. This is a gated community. Lease registration required for all guests.

Nice property

We book this at last minute because a different property was canceled on us. It is not the area that we originally wanted but it is convenient to many things. Traffiic in and out of that area of Ft Meyers is slow. The property is on the third floor and there is no elevator so we got a work out on the stairs. The condo was clean and everything worked fine. There is limited amount of cooking utensils but enough to make it functional. Beds where clean an comfortable. Wish we would have had an outdoor area as the complex has limited outdoor areas except for the pool. We had an issue with the code for the door but the property manager was able to eventually get the door open and we used a key instead of the code for the week. It was a slight inconvenience. Communication with the propert manager was good.
