Choose this cozy one bedroom condo, Tidewater #1315, for your next trip to the beach. Your private balcony overlooks the beautiful Gulf of Mexico and white sand beach below. Your vacation condo has a full kitchen and a washer/dryer for your convenience during your stay.

Relax by one of the two beachfront pools and enjoy basking in the warm Florida sunshine. The indoor pool is wonderful for those cooler days or if you want to seek some shade for your swim. The game room will keep the kids entertained before go out to one of Panama City beaches restaurants. The fitness room overlooks the Gulf of Mexico for some inspiration to your work out.

Our condo was wonderful and the view was spectacular. Walking distance to a few shops and restaurants. Would recommend to friends and family and would stay again.

Christmas present from us to us

My husband and I really enjoyed our small present to one another with a trip to PCB, the day after Christmas. We love Tidewater and prefer only staying there. The condo was great, had everything we needed. The bonus was the gulf master too! The 13th floor had amazing views! Even saw 7 dolphins in one setting! We will definitely try to stay in this same condo again, soon!

Beautiful Escape

It had been three years since we had been to the beach. We all were ready to escape the mountains for the beach. The condo was beautiful. The setup was perfect for our family of four. The elevators were really slow, but that is the only complaint. We would definitely look at staying at this property again.

We have stayed at tidewater resort before every one working there is always polite and very helpful everything was very clean . They had issues with some of their elevators not any ones fault working there,workers did everything they could do to make it better.

Spectacular view but cleaning is needed

The view from the master bedroom and living area is great but neither bathroom or flooring appeared to have been cleaned in a while. The unit did have some upgrades with a newer floor and paint coat.

Fabulous stay!!!

The condo is beautiful and true to the pictures! The view is amazing!! My only complaints would be the tubs are old and dingy looking and should be replaced. The shower line was molded. Other than that no complaints on the room itself. The condo complex needs double the elevators to handle all the guests the wait times for the elevators was long! Overall though I would definitely book this room and complex again!!

Breath-Taking View and Cozy

As soon as you walk in the door you are captivated by the water. The property was very cozy for us and we loved the luxury vinyl flooring, one of the main reasons we chose this one over other properties. One thing I want to mention was the bed was very uncomfortable and the mattress and springs really need to be replaced. Also it would be a plus if there was a smart TV because both TV's are dated. Other than that it was a nice stay.

Great little condo

We stayed here for a family member’s beach wedding that was at Tidewater. This is a great 1 bed condo. Lots of space for a 1 bed. I had myself, my husband and two of my teens. There was plenty of room. Condo was well equipped only thing we wish we would have had was a dust pan to go with the broom to help keep the sand tidied up. The condo itself was nicely decorated and clean. The resort has lots of amenities and a little Starbucks. Great beach access. The only issue is the elevators which others have mentioned but that is a resort issue not the owner of the condo. There can be a long wait at times. But if you stay away during check in and out times it was mostly fast enough. Wouldn’t not stay here just because of it. I think pretty much all the high rises have this issue.

Slow elevators

Condo floor had hair in floor,trash can in kitchen was nasty and smelled horrible.the beds was so hard didn’t sleep well.no silverware hardly and slow elevators.so we couldn’t enjoy our vacation because we was waiting on elevators most of the time.I would never stay at tidewater ever again

Great stay. Great value

Room was very nice. Only had a couple of issues. Overhead light in kitchen did not work, dryer did not heat up properly had to cycle it several times. And last the inside of the trashcans were nasty had not been cleaned. Other than thar it was wonderful.

Nice location, slow elevator

Location is good, unit was actually pretty spacious for only being a one bedroom. My main complaint is the elevators are so incredibly slow. We were on the 13th floor & had to take the stairs so many times because we could never get one. 13 flights of stairs is not fun to climb. The unit was nice— a bit dusty. No blankets/pillows besides a sheet for the pull out bed. Make sure you brin g your own pillows & blankets for it. No beach chairs/umbrellas which is a bummer because this unit does not include the chair rental ( & they wanted $60/day!). I wish they had a couple chairs & an umbrella for the beach. Dryer also didn’t seem to function correctly.

Beautiful View

The property was as described in the listing. This was our 2nd time in 2 Years staying in this unit. We didn't have any complaints and watched the 4th of July fireworks from the balcony. Beautiful!

Clean and great location

We enjoyed the condo…the place was clean! Bed a little hard for us. Wish we had more towels and washcloths but over great place! We gone there 3 hours earlier and would have loved to check in early but no response!

READ BEFORE BOOKING

I normally never write reviews but decided to after my stay. I feel somewhat bad doe the owner of the condo, but I will never stay at Tidewater again. Most of the elevators were out during our stay which made for a miserable time going anywhere. We waiting 30-60 mins to get on one elevator. While standing in line we spoke with residents of the condo and they said the elevators have been out for month with no resolution. The property team could not relay details about when they would be up and going again. We stayed in the 13 floor and struggled carrying our bags up and down each day. We also decided not to get as much food doe the condo because it would be a struggle carrying it up and down. While inside of the condo it seemed nice and clean. However, the beds are SO terrible I slept on the couch. The mattresses need a serious upgrade. I have made several wonderful trips to Panama and this one was by far the worst. I would not recommend Tidewater to anyone.

Overall - it was nice

We overall enjoyed our time here. We could easily walk to Pier Park and restaurants. The elevators do take a while so we used the stairs frequently - 13 flights was about the max we could handle. The condo was very clean when we arrived. Our only issue was that we reported the master shower not draining on our first day and it wasn't resolved before we left 5 days later. We had to use the guest bath, which was OK - except the shower liner was missing and only had a cloth shower curtain (which got kind of gross). Quite a few of the outlets also didn't work - but that was manageable.

Spend first day to clean condo

No cups, Kitchen was really dirty Door not lock in bathroom or bedroom Washer dryer was making a lot of noise, moving around the bathroom Shower curtain moldy, dirty We went and got a lot sprays and bleach to clean to stay, it was insane, I should take pictures, before and after. But forgot. It's not fair when you pay not small amount of money to stay and enjoy, not to clean to stay.

Tidewater property

Elevators were a nightmare! I tried to contact the rental company about our refrigerator that was not running properly, I received a generated message right away saying things were slow due to COVID-19, and never heard anything from them. I am very disappointed with my stay, just glad it was a weekend getaway and not a week long vacation.

Unit 1315 Tidewater Beach Resort

Stayed Sept 2-13, 2019.The property is very nice. We stayed in Unit 1315, which online it stated that it was fully stocked. This unit sleeps 6. It had 4 wash clothes, 1 spoon, 4 full size glasses, 4 juice glasses,2 coffee mugs, NO dish cloth, NO casserole dish. I had to buy wash clothes (which I left in the room), disposable cups and aluminum baking dishes. This room was not stocked to accommodate 6 guests. Sofa and chair were very worn and broke down, not comfortable. Unit needs some update. The kitchen appliances were very nice. Good location on beach. Did like the grocery carts besides luggage carts. Would stay at this property again but preferably not this unit

Fantastic Beach Stay

I was super happy with the condo. I have stayed at Tidewater multiple times so I was already familiar with the place. The condo was clean, fresh, and nice. The colors on the walls/furniture make it even more cozy. There is a crack in the ceiling, but I believe that is from the condo above having a leak? One of the lamps in the bedroom is broken (still works!), but neither of these things made my stay any less enjoyable. Just mentioning so it is made aware of. We had a wonderful time, check-in was super easy and the only thing I was the condo had that it didn't was netflix! lol I loved being on the 10th floor, high enough to see the water and surroundings. :) I was super sad to leave but can't wait to come back!
