Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Please wash all used dishes and cooking wares before checking out. Dishwasher is provided. There is a fee of $50 if they're left unwashed.
Laundry use is limited to 1 or max 2 loads per week, regardless of the number of people accompanying you.
Laundry is allowed only at off-peak hours: Weekdays 7:00 PM to 10:00 PM and Weekends 7:00 AM to 10:00 PM. A $50 fine will apply for each extra load.
