Wow we can't say enough good things about this place. Our flight didn't get in until 10:30 PM and Darold the property manager waited right out front until we got there. He gave us the grand tour and showed us how to access evrything. The place was incredible! A very modern kitchen, bathroom and bedroom situated inside a very old building with the character left intact! We were only a few blocks walk to Broadway and all the cool downtown Nashville activities!

Perfect location in the middle of printers alley. Only 5 minutes to Broadway. The loft had so much character as does the building itself. The host was very helpful and accommodating.

We enjoyed about 4 days at this rental and were completely happy with everything available. The host suggested parking at the courthouse which was much better than anything nearby. The best part is the Blues Bar we love is directly accross the ally!

The place was in a location you cannot beat. A quick walk to Broadway and many other attractions, with a grocery store just up the street as well, super convenient. The onsite manager was very friendly, responsive and accommodating. The decor at the flat was fun and loved that the bedroom and living room were completely separate. The main downside was the toilet handle that continued to get stuck and had to be addressed to prevent a constantly running toilet. I would absolutely recommend this place to others and would stay again.
