Sandy Lane Estates not only has a great outdoor pool and tennis courts for you to enjoy, but also basketball courts for players young and old. Situated on the quieter bayside, you are a short distance to the beach, notable restaurants such as Buxy's Salty Dog, Dry Dock, Coins and more, plus Jolly Roger Amusement and Water Park is right around the corner.
Accommodating up to eight guests, the primary bedroom has a queen bed, the 2nd bedroom has both a double bed and bunk bed (2 singles), plus the living room has a queen sleeper sofa. The condo provides a washer and dryer for your convenience. This property rents any three nights throughout the year.
Guests must supply the sheets, towels, soaps and paper products. An optional linen package is available for purchase and would be delivered to the condo on your day of arrival and picked up on your day of departure. The package would include sheet sets for each bed and towel sets equaling the maximum occupancy of the condo.

Property owner does not permit group rentals to guests under the age of 25.
