Cozy home base very close to the Falls in quiet, walkable neighborhood. Great place to stay with kids and a dog. Well-appointed with linens, towels, kitchen appliances, dishwasher. Within walking distance of a playground. Front porch was nice place to sit and relax. Small but private backyard.

This VRBO is so cute! My family loved staying here. It's in a very convenient location, close to the falls. The home was very cozy and clean. The bathroom is upstairs, along with the bedrooms. This didn't bother us because we were gone doing tourist stuff during the days we were there, and at night we were upstairs sleeping. It might be a problem for someone with mobility issues. All in all, it was a very nice place to stay while we were visiting Niagara Falls, and would stay there again.
