Clean, fabulous hosts, and convenient

I couldn’t have asked for a better stay. The hosts were phenomenal in communication and the room was beautiful, had a great view, was so convenient for food and things to do, and I have already recommended this host to several friends!

Fall Break get away this was a great condo, very clean and just as pictured. The elevators were a little slow at peak times but other than that absolutely no complaints.

The condo was so amazing . The last night of stay was very scary we had someone enter the condo at 10:15 pm, did not knock or ring doorbell just open the door and tried to walk in he saw my bf and said he was there to check cleaning inspection and was not due to check out until next morning. He was wearing shorts and had what look like white claw in hand small leather bag under his arm not sure excately what he was doing thank hod my bf was still up and pushed him out the door . So be careful renting from the rental company because there response was no camera on that end of condo . Just thank god my bf was sitting on the couch and saw him enter and got him out in a hurry . So the condo itself is a beautiful very nice place . Shame on Tidewater for not trying to figure who it actual was . Thumbs down to them and the rental company .

We take guest safety extremely seriously, so hearing about an experience like this is deeply concerning to us. We want to assure you that both our management team and the building's HOA took this report with the utmost urgency and made every effort to investigate the matter thoroughly. Because the incident was not reported to building security immediately after it occurred, tracking down the individual in real time proved difficult, but we exhausted every available measure to determine who was involved. To ensure something like this does not happen again, we have taken immediate action: Enhanced Door Locks: New security measures have been installed on the entry door. Code Updates: All staff door codes for cleaning and maintenance personnel have been updated and reset. We deeply regret the stress and fear this caused during the final night of your stay. Your safety and peace of mind are always our highest priorities, and we appreciate you bringing this to our attention so we could implement these additional safeguards. Graduation/ 18th Birthday surprise!!

It was everything she wanted. The room and view were awesome. I wish more elevators were working. Didn’t mind going down so many stairs but coming up was a pain. Had to wait an hour and 5 minutes on an elevator during checkout.
