Great location. Short walk to beach. Garage was a great for storing all of our beach gear and it had a rinsing station. Kitchen fully stocked and comfortable beds.

The location of this vacation rental was very good. It was a very easy walk to the ocean and to entertainment. The rental was clean and the kitchen was equipped with everything you need to prepare food. It easily housed our family. The pool was very easy to use and very nice. The only issue I had was with the initial use of the entry code emailed to me. The code did not work and we spent two hours, which was after business hours, trying to get someone to respond using Seaside Rental to our issue. After a long trip to the vacation home it was extremely frustrating to not be able to enter the home because the wrong code was sent to you for entry. After that was corrected the vacation was excellent.

Great Get Away

This place is a beautiful and a home away from home feeling. I loved the location. Great communication with the property manager. They checked in often to make sure everything was ok. One of the best place that my family has stayed at. Thank again for welcoming us in your home.

Let guests control the temperature of the thermostat. Upstairs was like a furnace and with 2 toddlerrs, it made sleeping hard. I paid enough to cover 3 months of electric. 75 is too hot. There was no response when asked for it to be lower.one in our group has MS. Temp triggers it. He had a really hard time getting restHouse is beautiful. Was impressed with games and kitchen supplies. Front landing needs a reflective strip. 2 of us adults fell missing the landing. I am injured and will probably need some help. Residences and renters need reminded grilling is illegal. Its a fire hazard in OC. We brought george foreman. I am just a rule follower.

Family Vacation

There was plenty of space, lots of stocked amenities in the kitchen, the use of the garage was great and a great location to crab/fish on the bay and kayak, and the short walk to the community pool was perfect. We did notice some mold in the upstairs hallway bathroom around the top of the shower, the pull out couch was very hard to close on the left hand side when putting away and there was food/crumbs/food pieces under the couch when we opened it. Otherwise, overall we really enjoyed our stay!
