The Space

Step through carved Balinese doors into your private 3BR oasis with a crystal-clear pool, swim tether, and lush courtyard with sun lounging for 6 guests.

Enjoy luxe bedding, AC, fans, and in-room safes in the bedrooms.

Ensuite bathrooms offer Sensatia amenities, robes, filtered showers, and there is also a tropical outdoor shower.

Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire villa, whether you're a couple or a group of six.

Villa Eleni features three bedrooms: one with a king-size bed and two with queen-size beds — each with a private ensuite that includes double vanities, a walk-in shower, and a bidet toilet.

Our villa offers elegant accommodation for up to six guests, with each of the three beautifully appointed bedrooms designed to host two guests in comfort and style.

Children are included in this occupancy and will enjoy the same luxurious bedding—either in their own bed or by sharing one of the available beds. Kindly note that additional beds are not provided.

For guests traveling with an infant, a high-quality crib can be arranged upon request for an additional fee payable direct to the supplier company. We recommend requesting this in advance to ensure a seamless arrival experience.

Please be aware that temporary pool fencing is not permitted on the property.

For families with young children, we suggest using approved flotation devices such as certified life vests to help ensure safety around the pool area.

If you require special celebration decorations prior to your arrival or during your stay, we will put you in touch with our preferred supplier. They have a large range of decorations which they will supply and set up and they will charge you direct.

The Staff

Made is our Villa Manager and is available to attend to any request.

Lisna is our Housekeeper and is responsible, along with Made, for the daily villa cleaning, bedmaking and general tidying whilst you are in residence.

Kadek is our Pool Attendant and he is responsible for 3 times weekly, vacuuming of the pool, sanitation of the water and tidy up around the pool surrounds.

Wayan is our preferred driver. He assists with airport transfers and tours if required.

The Neighbourhood

5 minute walk or ride to Seminyak’s best spots and currency exchange.

We are blessed to have all of Seminyak's 5 star restaurants within easy walking distance.

Two gourmet supermarkets in very close proximity where you can purchase, meat, poultry, fish, fruit and vegetables and other general groceries. Most impressive is the ready to eat meals and salads. There is also a boutique Turkish cafe within one of the supermarkets serving the most delicious sweet morsels.

Villa pre-stocking - if you are going to arrive late we can arrange for the villa to be stocked with basic essentials to get you started, including bread, butter, condiments such as jam or honey, cereal. Just ask and we are happy to assist.

Or if you prefer we can forward you a copy of the breakfast menu and order on your behalf with payment to be made when you arrive.

Check-in is 2pm however complimentary early check-in may be possible depending upon guests checking out. Please enquire when booking.

We are able to provide luggage storage until checkin at 2pm if you require.

For a swift check-in, a code to a lock box will be provided via email 30 minutes prior to check-in to gain access to the key to the villa.

Made, our Villa Manager will make contact and introduce himself after you arrive.

Check-out is 10am however if you would like a complimentary 12noon check-out it will be dependent upon new guests checking in the same day.

If you wish to have an extended checkout this can be accommodated up to 5pm at a charge of Rp1.5m.

Should you require a checkout past 5pm, a full night charge will be levied.

We do not provide luggage storage upon checkout. Secure luggage storage can be used at the Seminyak Luggage Storage facilities close to the villa.
