Luxury One-Room Silo Suite

An actual used grain silo converted to a peaceful countryside, one-bedroom cottage. Equipped with full bathroom, walk in shower, and essentials such as refrigerator, microwave, and coffee pot, this tucked away oasis is the perfect destination for a weekend getaway.

Our luxury silo includes a full living area on the main floor with a fold-out queen-sized sofa, reading chairs, and more. Connected to that is a super-sized bathroom with double sinks, a soaking tub, a full walk-in shower, and a full vanity to get ready in front of. This bathroom is perfect for a bride to get ready in! As you make your way up the spiral staircase to the master loft, you will find a king-sized bed and a full private balcony area that looks out into the flatlands of west Texas. The star-gazing at night on this balcony is unmatched!

Our property has some very unique features. For one, when is the last time you slept in a silo?

Each loft has been custom designed and built from an actual grain silo that was once used on a ranch here in West Texas.

The stories alone add so much character to the space than your average vacation rental.

The rustic atmosphere paired with modern touches such as microwave, refrigerator, and coffee pot give our property a personality unlike any other.

We love the quiet, quaint atmosphere at the Silos!

Each Silo has an inviting and cozy feel. It’s a great change from a normal hotel stay. We love watching the prairie dogs and being in the country!

The location was great for us and the space was nice. Very nice place for a dog. Unfortunately we Didn’t have coffee cups and coffee filters for the drip pot. When we went to microwave leftovers we found Moldy food in microwave. The upstairs patio was super cool however the patio bar shelf thing fell on my MIL when we set a beer on it.

Being secluded, it was quiet. Really liked what you have done to the Silos, very impressive especially building off a round building, that is a challenge all by itself!

It was a cool location, but we had roaches and the towels were in a pile on the table upon arrival.

The location was really neat. We liked the eclectic decor and the privacy. But there were roaches in the main living area and bathroom when we got there, and the towels were in a pile partially unfolded. I assumed the room just wasn't full prepared? Not sure. It was our anniversary and that was a little disappointing.

PrettyVenue, Spacious. Allowed an early check -in. The main suite TV looked like someone had smashed it- it did not work and some kitchen cabinets looked like they had been roughed up and were repaired.

Amazing! A must stay if your in Lubbock!

I don't even know where to begin! When you don't get much time off work, you want to find something unique and different to do. This place was it! I wasn't surprised how unique and beautiful every details were. Stayed in the Watson and WOW it's amazing! I haven't relaxed like this in a while. The owners knows what their doing and every details and decor you can tell is out of love. Fire pit and grill were such and added bonuses. I'd say I'd be back, but I already booked my next sitay for Septemb
