Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Turn off air-conditioning unit and turn off all fans
If the BBQ was used, ensure it is thoroughly cleaned to avoid an additional $50 cleaning fee. Turn off gas on BBQ bottle.
Leave garage door remote on kitchen bench.

We appreciate you bringing the privacy issue regarding the deck to our attention. Maintaining a balance between privacy and the breathtaking beach and ocean views is indeed important to us. We want all our guests to feel comfortable and have the privacy they desire while still being able to enjoy the stunning surroundings.
To address this issue, we are currently in the process of installing a more solid screen on the deck. We anticipate completion soon, pending the availability of the builder. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we're committed to ensuring that your future stays with us are even more enjoyable.
