I am pleased to inform you that we have purchased brand-new pots and a set of knives to enhance the kitchen.I apologize that the beds did not meet your needs. My family and I live in the house from November through March each year, and we have not experienced any issues with the beds. Additionally, other tenants have not reported similar concerns. However, I understand that comfort is subjective, and I take your feedback seriously.To address this matter, I will arrange for a specialist to evaluate the beds and ensure they meet the highest standards of comfort.Thank you again for your valuable input."
