About the host
Hosted by sandra
Hello I recently retired from the health care field. I have lived in the Southern Okanagan for many years. I have two adult children who live away from home. I have been fortunate to have travelled to many places around the world and enjoy the road less travelled. I love to immerse in the places and cultures whenever possible. We are lucky to have many areas outdoors to explore in the Okanagan. I enjoy downhill skiing, snowshoeing, hiking, kayaking, cycling and make an attempt to golf. I would love to pass on hidden gems we have here, be it our wineries, restaurants or just a quiet place to enjoy the views.
Why they chose this property
The beautiful scenery whether it’s with the sun shining or snow falling the lake views are stunning. Living close to nature, having animals roam through my property I feel blessed to witness them. I can hike or bike from my home on great trails. I can walk to a couple of local wineries or down to the lake for a swim.
What makes this property unique
I am on 1/2 acre of land, on a cul de sac dead end so it is a quiet location to sit and recharge listening to the birds in my mature yard.
