Overall the property was spacious and centrally located, which is what we were hoping for. We were able to walk to Dean St for dinner and activities and it was easy to drive into the property. The hosts were easy to communicate with. Overall I would recommend this property. The one downside is the hot tub wasn’t working when we were there—one of the reasons we booked. We also found the shower set up a bit awkward and it would be hard for someone with mobility issues to use.

Such a beautiful place to stay! As others have mentioned, there can be a fair bit of road noise. So if you're a light sleeper, bring along some ear plugs. Our dog loved exploring the garden, and the spa was nice and warm, ready for us to jump in and soon as we checked in! You can't beat the location - you can ditch the car and walk everywhere. The hosts are amazing. Communication is fantastic. We had zero issues but knew they were easy to get in contact with should something happen.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The cottage was neat & tidy and very clean. I particularly liked the signs on the kitchen draws & cupboards indicating the contents - very helpful! The location was great. Even being on the busy road there was very little noise at night. The host was spectacular! I can't wait to stay there again.

Not at all what is presented. It was unsanitary, furniture was unkempt and dirty. The couch was so bad we couldn't even sit on it for fear we'd get up with dirty clothes. Everything was old and not cared for. Terrible location. In the end drove back to Melbourne. I do not recommend.

This is a lovely property with easy walking access to the CBD. It is conveniently located close to the Hume highway and railway station without the noise. Its on a main street that is relatively quiet most of the day and cannot be heard in the house. We enjoyed our stay immensely and would return without hesitancy.
