Great for family, Pet friendly, This two story beauty is located inside Port A city limits, and has plenty of room for the whole family. Two bedrooms on the second floor; one with a King and one with a Queen size bed. The first floor has 2 bedrooms; one with a Queen bed and the other bedroom has 2 sets of twin size bunk beds (bunk-room). In the hallway on the first floor, there is an additional set of built in Ship Bunks. The custom twin Ship Bunks come equipped with USB charging stations. There is a NEW REMODELED & Heated community pool / hot tub, plus Palapas, BBQ, & Bar area for your use just steps away from your front door. This unit is equipped with a Whole Home WiFi wireless internet MESH network. There are also HD flat screen TV's in each of the bedrooms along with a large HD flat screen in the living room. All TV's have HD local channels, 50+ cable channels, each equipped with a ROKU streaming device. The kitchen is fully stocked & includes KEURIG as well as a standard coffee maker. No need to pack your beach gear. For your convenience you are given use of x2 bicycles, a new beach wagon, a canopy, beach chairs, and more buckets, shovels, and sand castle molds than you will be able to use. You have garage access as well as parking up to FOUR vehicles at the property. We also have a charcoal grill for your use. This home is just a short walk to the beach! Come and relax on "Island Time"!

This unit is well-designed with a perfect layout for any family's needs. There is plenty of space to cook, eat, play, and visit. The two-story layout provides plenty of space for quiet time, watching TV, and leisurely reading on the balcony. Prepare meals in the well-stocked kitchen or enjoy eating at local restaurants such as - Castaways, Beach Lodge, and The Brewery. The community pool and hot tub are clean and provide a nice getaway from the beach during peak sun hours.
