Great Mountain Getaway

Amazing Cabin

My wife, our dog, and I absolutely loved the cabin. All of the bathrooms have been remodeled and are gorgeous. The Hot Tub was amazing and was one of the main reasons why we booked the cabin. We will definitely be comong back soon.

Our stay was really great. Not quite as glamorous as the photos and comments lead me to believe, but we did enjoy our stay.Hot tub was really great. Was thankful to take advantage of that on a chilly night and to have a nice, working warm tub.Couple of issues we flagged to the property company. The biggest was a leak from the bathroom upstairs into the bathroom below (through the ceiling). We were told to stop using the bathroom upstairs and we complied. Not very convenient with a pregnant lady staying up top to have to make numerous runs down the stairs for the bathroom. No accommodation offered to offset the price given the unforeseen inconvenience. I didn’t bother asking either though.

Annual snowboarding trip

When originally booking this rental the listing had 3 bathrooms. Unfortunately the upstairs master bath was under construction during our stay. We were notified prior to our trip and given a small refund later. What made this property great is the Concierge service. We had a couple of issues that were all resolved in a quick and efficient manner. Thanks Berry!

Not the best

Upstairs bathroom was not cleaned. It had opened/ used soap bars, hair on shower wall, and someone’s earrings were left on the counter. There was also a slow leak from the upstairs toilet dripping down from the ceiling of the downstairs bathroom. The kitchen counters were sticky/ dirty upon arrival. The fridge didn’t work the first night and I was unable to use the hot tub due to no directions despite asking for them. The backyard and patio were nice. Ants invaded our bathroom on the last day. Overall it was okay but I wouldn’t stay here again.

Pets must be acknowledged and may not be left unattended in the home. Owners must clean up after pets; subject to added cleaning fees for violations.

All homes include clean linens, and fresh bath towels for the occupancy. A kitchen with basic cookware and small starter amount of dish soap, toilet paper, and trash bags will be supplied. Paper towels, coffee filters/coffee, specialty appliances, nor condiments/spices/oils are supplied.

No Pay-Per-View Ordering in any homes.

No refunds/credits for cancellations or trip interruptions due to acts of nature, (especially snow, fire, power outages) weather, road conditions, mechanical or electrical failures, spa malfunctions, or other equipment factors beyond our control.

This is a forested mountain community home to critters- animals or insects you may encounter are spiders, moths, flies, squirrels, gophers, bears, coyotes, burro, bear, bats, etc. Our team inspects prior to arrival but cannot guarantee the home will be free of these forest critters.

We reserve the right to offer a comparable property or issue a full refund if circumstances arise that are beyond our control and your property is made unavailable for any reason.
