Excellent communication! Very prompt in responding! The home is perfect for a family vacation. It is a single story (you have to walk up a flight of stairs) and all of the bedrooms are large and very comfortable. There are 2 walk in showers, which are great for the elderly. My 81 year old father had such an easy time showering. The house was very clean, and the kitchen was well furnished, including coffee filters! The furniture was all very comfortable and the shower pressure was so perfect! We would definitely rent again.

Perfect vacation!

We had such a great time on our trip! The house was clean and spacious! Perfect location, close to beach access and a quick golf cart ride to the general store, marina and pool! Plenty of kitchen supplies, plenty of bath towels which is a nice surprise. Would definitely stay here again!

Great House, Close to Beach and Club

We had a small girls reunion here and had the best time together at this property! A short walk to the beach, a short drive to the beach club. The amenities cards were waiting for us when we got there, and the property manager checked in periodically to make sure we had everything we needed. I would rent again!

I try every year to find a new unexpected place for our family to visit and this year was no exception. The house was beautiful and easy to find, tucked away on a quiet street. We were immediately greeted upon arrival with the sound of sea birds. My children rushed up stares to the back porch to see the yard, and were surprised by a family deer waiting for us as if they knew we were coming. The house was well kept and tidy. Allowing everything we could for the time we were there. Definitely recommend for anyone looking for good quality time with family or friends.

Property is in a great location, house is roomy and comfortable. We went during the hottest time of the summer with 98 - 100F days so the AC had a hard time keeping the house cooler than 78F - 80F during the day and the refrigerator / freezer ice machine is very slow. Beds are comfortable, basics were provided and it is overall a nice home.

Great Customer Service

Barry with itrip has been so great to work with, he made everything easy and answered all of my questions. Our garbage disposal wasn't working and he had it fixed same day. We will be going back to Fripp again next year and will be booking thru itrip for sure. thank you!
