This brand new elite house beckons you to a relaxing stay with your family and friends. Built with modern inside-out flow in mind, the house has an open plan kitchen with superior amenities including a Nespresso machine and a separate scullery. Bask in all day sun on the large outdoor deck and when the sun goes down enjoy a relaxing soak in the luxurious bath.

This house boasts an ultra modern central heating / cooling ventilation system as well as privacy and block out blinds to keep out the heat on those sweltering hot days. An electric fireplace mounted on a full length stone wall keeps you cozy while aesthetically pleasing your senses with no smoke or mess.

The house sleeps 8 with 3 bedrooms and 1 guest bathroom, 1 ensuite and 1 separate guest washroom.

This home is situated in a private residential environment and so we enforce a strict no party and no outside guest policy. Max 8 guests only. We request that all guests are mindful of neighbour's and no loud noise after 10pm.
