"Carolina View" is a 12th floor-1800 sq feet OCEAN FRONT condo with 3 bedrooms/3 bathrooms(sleeps 9 and a HUGE corner wrap around balcony, with lots of room for family gatherings and entertaining. This is the perfect destination for your family vacation- 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, undercover parking, GATED ENTRANCE, with 24 hour Security.

There are 3 bedrooms--each with its own private bathroom.
The master bedroom has an incredible view of the ocean upon awakening with a separate door to the balcony. There is a KING bed, sitting area, 42" flat screen TV with cable, ROKU, there is a private bathroom with a HUGE new master on suite and walk in closet.

The 2nd master bedroom has a KING bed, 42-inch flat screen TV, and private bathroom.

The 3rd bedroom has a double bunk bed and twin bed with an attached bathroom. There is a 32" flat screen TV with a built in DVD.

The GRAND living room has 2 walls of FLOOR to CEILING WINDOWS to capture the spectacular view of the Atlantic Ocean(north to south). It opens with multiple of doors to a GRAND balcony equipped with a dinning table for 4 and outdoor rockers and sitting chairs with cushions,

The living room has plenty of extra room for family entertaining/sprawling. There is a sectional sofa with a sleeper, recliner,
60 inch TV with cable, ROKU, and provided cable for streaming movies. There is also Wi-Fi through out

The kitchen is a chef's delight. It is equipped with every convenience of home(pots, pan, baking ware, blender, toaster, crockpots, dishes, etc). There is also a separate COFFEE BAR attached to the kitchen. This provides a Keurig, and 12 cup coffee maker.. Take your coffee out side and enjoy watching the wild life from the balcony.

Deborah, I'm sorry yall arrived earlier than check in time and the condo was not ready. Yall accepted the condo and said it looked fine and yall were happy. The only complaint you had was that there was dust under the sofa and one of the pans were scratched. We provided you with a new set of cookware immediately even though you said it was not needed. . It was a smooth check in process and Linda was phenomenal to work with! The complex is so well run and peaceful! The views are to die for and the atmosphere in the condo will make ANY trip amazing! The beds and furniture are comfortable! We will most definitely be back to this condo. We come every year and this is by far one of the BEST places we have ever stayed!

Wonderful stay, wonderful host's.

Excellent stay in Garden City this year. We thought current events might prevent it, but Linda worked with us to ensure our stay went off without a hitch. The condo is clean, comfy and cozy and you couldn't ask for a better view. Location is premium as it has you within driving distance of attractions and such, but quiet and comfortable when you just want to relax and enjoy the sounds of the ocean. This was a great visit and we had wonderful host's to boot.

Great place!

Linda and Dennis made sure we had their info and were available but did not interfere with our trip. We stayed there 8 days and were comfortable regardless of the weather. The building had some elevator issues but was corrected by the time we left and was most likely a fluke. We had all the things we needed and was centrally located to all of our planned activities. Would definitely stay again… the balcony was amazing!!

Family Fun Week

The condo is lovely, it’s located in a great area, not too crowded or loud, yet walking distance to great bars and restaurants. I would recommend taking extra sheets, pillows and blankets and a large pot if you plan to cook for a group. Other than that, it was amazing and we will definitely consider coming back! Beautiful place and great location. This is the third time we've stayed at One Ocean Place. This condo was nice and as described, it could just use some updating and a deep clean. Everything was basically clean, but worn. Bedding was older as was furniture. Things like exhaust fans were very dusty. Towels were worn and not plentiful. Some typical rental amenities were missing like a hairdryer and beach chairs. But communication with the host was excellent and we enjoyed our stay.

Amazing view and plenty of space

We were a family group, 6 adults, a preschooler and a toddler. Plenty of space to sleep everyone well. Very functional kitchen which was critical given COVID-19 and us not going out to eat as in past beach trips. Having a key code entry system to the condo might have been one of the best things because with our little kids we made lots of trips back and forth from beach/pool to condo and we never had to keep track of who had the key or keycard. All the adults knew the code and it was as simple as that. Had a good time and would consider using it again if we come back to GCB.

Thank you Brent for letting us know we were doing things right. We put a lot of thought and implementation in this whole COVID thing( ready for it to end) We open all sliding glass doors( all three makes 1 HUGE open wall) for 4 hours— this brings in a lot of clean fresh outside air. We then clean using the CDC products and guidelines. I’m also glad to hear that the codes were good for y’all. Any time keys can be eliminated is always a plus!!!!! We try to make things easy. 1 week beach trip

Had a great time. View was amazing and close to restaurants. Was very relaxing and not over crowded. Owner Linda was great and we were even able to get in a day early. Only complaint is hot tub and pool closes to early at 9 pm. Would be nice if f it stayed open till 11 pm so we could get in it after eating out. Was always closed by the time we got back to the condo.

Amazing view and location -

The location is perfect and the view is amazing! Unfortunately, staying here at the end of the active season I think we reaped the affects of other renters leaving random things, moving pieces of furniture etc and the cleaning crew not moving them back or cleaning out cabinets. Keurig machine had no filter in it and tasted moldy when used with coffee. Unfortunately, there was a great deal of dust, the vacuum didn't suck up very well (roller would not rotate). And there was black mold/mildew on the vents in the master bedroom.... and dust layered on ceiling fans and vents. The main trouble we had was that immediately on check in we found that one of the sliding doors did not lock and there was no alternative safety feature on it. This presented a VERY stressful time for our son (who loves balconies and water) and therefore for us. Past units we have stayed in have a board at the bottom to keep door from opening or the bar mid way. Owner had called to check in and I told her about that and told her we had to move the couch to block it. She said as long as it didn't scratch the floor it was fine but didn't seem surprised that it didn't lock nor did she offer a fix. At that point I had not checked over everything in detail because I had to run out to try to find something to block the door. It was later I saw all the dust and dirt and mold/mildew. One bedroom didn't have a closet that was accessible and that presented a bit of a problem as my mother hangs her clothes :-/ When our family travels we take our time picking a place to stay because we are not able to travel much due to my sons intense needs and difficulty with change in routine. We purchased child door knob locks to use on the doors. When I was able to email owner she did offer wood pieces to place behind doors and they brought those by. She refunded the cleaning fee in an effort to make it right.

I'm sorry you felt this way and gave us a less than 5 star review like all our others. It would have been best when you rented on the 12th floor to let owners like us know there would be a guest with special needs needing special equipment(and not waiting 3 days after checkin). When you called we did tell you we have adaptive devices for circumstances such as this but you did not accept them when offered. The 3 sliding doors have double locks for safety. You were trying to use the key safety latch instead of the door lock latch. I could have shown you this if I would have been let in. The door locks worked fine. I have spoken with the cleaning service about dust on the ceiling in front of the air register, spices left in the cabinet and coffee pot. It does take a solid 6 hours to clean the unit but you were very insistent on checking in 4 hours early instead of the 4 pm check in. We were kind enough to return your cleaning fee for these minor cleaning problems but leaving the condo in the condition you left it was just inconsiderate and spiteful. In closing, please let owners know ahead of time about special accommodation in order for your vacation to go smoothly Linda and Dennis

This placed lived up to every description & more. Location is ideal. Very beautiful accommodations and quiet area, but everything you need a short distance away. We encountered construction noice from a remodel next door & the owner offered a days refund for the inconvenience. Super nice folks to work with. Look forward to a return visit.
