**PROPERTY OVERVIEW**
You'll love this beautiful town home in Park Meadows, Park City. Only minutes from the bottom of the base of Park City Mountain Resort. Minutes to Historic Main Street, shopping and entertainment. This home has lots of space for family and friends and is the perfect mountain getaway for any time during the year. The home sleeps six people. On the ground floor you'll find the kitchen and dinning/living room area perfect for cozying up in front of the fire or gathering together around the six seater dinning table for a family meal.

**BEDROOM LAYOUT**
The Master bedroom is located on the second floor and has a king size bed with a private en-suite bathroom.
The second bedroom is also located on the second floor. It has two twin beds and is the perfect for space for kids, teenagers or adults alike. It also comes with its own en-suite bathroom.
The third bedroom is in the loft space located on the top floor. It has a queen size bed and private en-suite bathroom.
The unit is fully equipped with towels, linens, cutlery and cooking utensils. You'll find everything you need to make this condo your home away from home. Come relax by the gorgeous gas fireplace in the front room and be fully connected with WiFi and cable TV in main room and all bedrooms.

**LOCATION**
This Racquet Club condo is located in the heart of Park Meadows, adjacent to the MARC building. Enjoy beautiful views across the golf course located behind the property. This location is conveniently within Park City town limits, but not in the busy area such as Old Town. The free Park City bus route runs right by the condo so getting into town to Main Street or to the ski resorts is incredibly easy.

**GETTING AROUND**
The free bus stops directly at the end of the street and will take you anywhere you need to go in town. A car may be optional for this location but not necessary. The shuttle service is excellent and runs throughout the year at no cost.

Great Stay!

The place was a great size for our group of 6 and a perfect location to ski! All of the rooms were spacious and looked exactly like the pictures! I would definitely recommend this place to others!

Great Townhous

We have rented in Racquet Club for 5 summers and this is by far the best townhouse we stayed in. The remodel is lovely and the flow really worked for us. It was extremely well equipped. We will definitely rent through Park City Host again and would love to rent this townhouse again

Entrance and exit were easy. We requested a crib and it was there waiting for us. Perfect for a family reunion with 5 adults and 1 grandbaby. Having 31/2 bathrooms was great.The 3 bedrooms gave everyone some privacy. Loved the varied and interesting books in the bookcase. The property owner must have varied interests.

Best condo in the area

We have stayed at multiple different condominiums in the racquet club apartments. This one was clearly the best! Kitchen and bathrooms all renovated. The place was clean and well appointed. We will stay there again! Room layout was excellent also.

Excellent condo, 10 minutes from slopes, market, all kinds of restaurants on Main Street, condo has all important things needed there, toilet paper, dishwashing tablets, soap, shampoo so don't have to rush out to store as soon as you get there to purchase everything. Very clean, comfortable beds, everything worked and we enjoyed our stay very much. Will definitely go again!

Family Vacation

Condo is in a nice location right before you get to Park City. We saw Elk and a Moose in the community which was amazing. It was easy getting in touch with the management company. They made it easy to get in and accommodated our early arrival which was nice.

Great Park City Property

We highly recommend this property for anyone visiting Park City. The location is 5 minutes from the mountain and Main Street by car, and the free bus is so close. The house is very comfortable and well appointed for cooking in. We also had a minor maintenance issue on a Saturday and someone was over in 10 minutes to fix it.

Great condo!

We enjoyed staying at the condo over the holidays. there was plenty of room for our party of six. The kitchen was well stocked. The beds and pillows were not very comfortable and should be replaced or a mattress topper added. There were plenty of towels and the showers were nice.

Clean, Comfortable, and Convenient Condo!

We enjoyed our stay here tremendously. The condo is very well-managed and is obviously maintained with care. The kitchen is probably the most well-stocked of any vacation property we have ever rented. The location was perfect for our needs, and we even bought a couple of day passes to the wonderful racquet club that is within walking distance. The convenient and free Park City shuttle bus is also within walking distance. All in all, this was a fantastic stay for our group of four adults, and we highly recommend.

Better than expected

Great, quiet location not far from the bus stop made it easy to get to town and slopes. Condo was clean and in good shape with very nice features and quality such as granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, digital comfort controls, comfortable beds, window blinds, etc. Would definitely return!

Great location

This is the 2nd time we have stayed in this area and we love it. Easy access to PC on the bus route and easy to get into town. This unit was very nice but the furniture was a bit shoddy. The couch had a broken leg and the stools were wobbly. Kitchen supplies were okay not great. Great location.

This was a nice condo with some clean kitchen and bath upgrades! Very nice fixtures and great flooring.. This is a 3 story unit, yet the upper floors maintain a similar temperature ( this was in early March )... as the lower main floor. The beds were all very comfortable!
