Comfortable and quaint upper duplex of approximately 900 sf, w/garden views, near all services. Located walking distance to food stores, bakeries (Ahroma), restaurants etc... Open space living, dining & kitchen area w/french doors accessing the outdoor terrace. Very bright home, filled w/natural light, skylight in living room. Bedroom with Queen size bed. Modern shower w/skylight. Hardwood floors throughout . Downtown is approx 10 minutes by car or via Metro Joliette (green line) 5 min walk (1 block). Pls read all rules attentively, thanks. Pls note NO SMOKING, No Air conditioning, no dishwasher, no microwave in the apartment

Très bon Séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Véronique. L'appartement correspond tout-à-fait à la description de l'annonce. Il est vraiment très agréable à vivre, très lumineux et avec beaucoup d'espace. Il est très bien situé (proche du métro et des commerces). Nous avons beaucoup apprécié le contact avec Véronique dont la réactivité est excellente lorsqu'on a besoin d'informations en tout genre. D'ailleurs, nous avons bien apprécié l'attention qu'elle a eu pour notre arrivée dans son appartement après un long vol :).

Quel bonheur de séjourner dans cet appartement

Nous avons passé un formidable séjour dans cet appartement. Tout était parfait : propreté irréprochable,cuisine bien équipée , logement spacieux et terrasse extérieure agréable,calme, idéal à deux pas du métro. Nous avons pu rejoindre facilement le centre-ville,le parc olympique , le quartier Angus celui de nos enfants. L’hôte fut disponible avant et pendant notre séjour et eut de multiples gentilles intentions pour agrémenter notre arrivée. Merci à Véronique pour son accueil.
