気持ち良い滞在でした。

ナビにホテルの住所設定時「この付近では車上荒らしの被害が多発しています」とアナウンスされ、旅行に幸先の良くない印象をもった。しかし、１.フロントで車上荒らしの確認に《初めて聞いた様子》で《当ホテルでは聞ていいない》に安心した。また、二泊三日の滞在にも被害は無かった。 ２.ホテルへの問合せ《明日早朝に東京駅まで行くには？》に口頭と紙で説明を受けた。が私の理解を心配され、あらためてフロントから２通りの案(発車時間と乗換回数と所要時間の併記)を印刷し、各々の利点説明を受けた。これは大変参考になり、帰りにまで役立った。私達に寄り添ったフロントのサポートで大変気持ち良い滞在となり、此処にして良かった。 以上
