Beautiful modern home

The place is gorgeous. Perfect location close to the beach and stores. The kitchen and the living space was open concept and updated. Would definitely stay here again.

Overall we really enjoyed our trip to Marco, but there were a few negatives about the house.1. The hot tub in this house did not heat at night. We stayed 7 nights, and the hot tub did not get over 70 degrees after 7pm. The pool and hot tub were major selling points for us and the fact that we couldn't use them at night really impacted our trip. On top of this, the rental agency Claussen Properties, could not have cared less that the hot tub didn't heat at night. When I mentioned this to them, the response was basically- yea sorry. I got the feeling that they really don’t care about your experience, they already got your money. Yes, they sent a pool guy out 2 times to fix, but it never fixed the problem. I would think that the rental agency should take a little more interest/concern in the experience of the renter. 2. This house gets Zero sun in the pool at any point during the day. There were 3 cooler days on our trip and when you are in the shade it is a lot cooler. If I went to Marco again, I would not get a house with the backyard facing this same direction. 3. Finally, the kitchen and the living room in this house are beautiful, but as you get to the bedrooms and bathrooms, it is very dated with very cheap fixtures.
