I spent a lot of my years growing up vacationing in Delray Beach, and really believed in and loved the area, so I bought a condo in the heart of the city years ago. I love the restaurants and night life, and think it's a great destination for vibrant folks who enjoy a small town feel in South Florida! The overwhelming increased popularity really makes this location prime. It's walkable to the strip and still very accessible to the beach or the highway.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the perfect spot of the building. It has quick access to the garage, as well as to the street through a side door entrance. You walk down one flight of stairs, and you're immediately on the street walking to your favorite bars, restaurants and day time activities that Delray has to offer!

What makes this property unique

It is one of, if not the closest condo complex to the heart of downtown Delray Beach, and is just one block away from all the restaurants and shops. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the beach, and easily accessible to the highway as well if you need to travel to other parts of South Florida! Location location location!
