This was a great stay, we had issues with a leaking sink but it was resolved during our stay. Cleanliness was the only thing below 5 stars, the place itself was clean however the cabinets were chaotic and filled with the previous owners things. Some would be ok, however what was there for us was too much. Other than this the location and stay was fantastic, we would love to stay here again.

Great Accommodations

Very well equipped unit, owners thought of everything. Very reasonable and easy to work with. Any breakdown was tended to right away, a plus having management in same building. Patio and pool provide good outside options.

Everything that I want in a vacation home was satisfied here. I want a good kitchen to work in, space to put my stuff in the bath room, comfortable bed and living room, a well maintained place and close proximity to restaurants and activities. All covered. We didn’t hear music or talking from any other apartment only very occasional walking sounds above us. Outside noises were muted. We generally didn’t hear cars or people walking by, just occasional trucks and motor cycles. Delray Beach is a very active town. Much to do and only one block away. We’re walkers and the beach was only a 10 minute walk down Altlantic Avenue.

Wonderful vacation spot in the heart of Delray Beach

We enjoyed our stay in this lovely unit in the trendy Pineapple Grove area of Delray Beach. Just steps away from the famous Atlantic Ave and a 10 min walk to the beach. Located in a luxury building with a roof top pool, this unit is clean, updated and well equipped for a great vacation. We loved our time here and can't wait to return.

I spent a lot of my years growing up vacationing in Delray Beach, and really believed in and loved the area, so I bought a condo in the heart of the city years ago. I love the restaurants and night life, and think it's a great destination for vibrant folks who enjoy a small town feel in South Florida! The overwhelming increased popularity really makes this location prime. It's walkable to the strip and still very accessible to the beach or the highway.

Why they chose this property

This property is located in the perfect spot of the building. It has quick access to the garage, as well as to the street through a side door entrance. You walk down one flight of stairs, and you're immediately on the street walking to your favorite bars, restaurants and day time activities that Delray has to offer!

What makes this property unique

It is one of, if not the closest condo complex to the heart of downtown Delray Beach, and is just one block away from all the restaurants and shops. It's roughly a 10 minute walk from the beach, and easily accessible to the highway as well if you need to travel to other parts of South Florida! Location location location! I promise you won't be disappointed.
