The house was clean and had a good layout for our family. We were there over memorial day and had planned to do an outdoor bbq. The pictures on VRBO showed a nice outdoor space with a bbq. However, the bbq was burned out and broken and the outdoor space was overgrown with weeds and had multiple sacks of trash and broken furniture laying around. We could not let the kids play outside. Also, we had to buy bathroom supplies in several of the bathrooms. There was an uncovered outlet in the upstairs hallway and an old dried up chicken drumstick in the primary closet.

We take our property's maintenance seriously and want to assure future guests that our yard is kept tidy, though we've safely stored some materials on one side of the lot. We appreciate you bringing the broken outlet cover to our attention—it's already been replaced since it was unfortunately damaged just before your arrival. We always stock our bathrooms with a starter set of complimentary toiletries, but we'd like to clarify that our garage is a restricted area and an unadvertised BBQ grill isn't an active amenity here. We're committed to providing an excellent stay for everyone and appreciate your insights.
