Property was as advertised, sleeps 8 easily, bunk room for kiddos was great. Toys, arcade games were a nice touch too. Spacious and well put together for comfort and convenience too. Quiet setting among the trees, golf course nearby. We will return when we stay in Pinetop/Lakeside area.

Loved staying here, very clean and had everything we needed. They provided a snack basket which was very nice. We enjoyed the games that were around. The beds were very comfortable with plenty of pillow options. The only thing was that there was no air conditioning, and it was a little warm in the middle of June, but for the price it was worth it.

Wonderful condo...perfect for for a family with kids or taking friends of their kids. 2 couples with kids plenty of room. It was ideal for our grandpa,son and grandsons fishing trip. Actually I believe I even stayed in this unit a few years back

Everything was set up just perfectly. Very stocked and had everything we needed to get our stay started. It was clean, inviting, activities to keep the kids busy and the owner was extremely responsive with any questions. Definitely our favorite of the ones we have stayed at in this area

This place was perfect for three children and three adults. Very well furnished in all respects, especially the kitchen. Dog friendly and the dog liked it. We had rain for several hours on several days but came to Pinetop Lakeside to escape the heat of Tucson and that we did. We would do this again to reasonably escape the Summer heat.

Amazing Father’s Day Weekend

We had a fun time in this condo. Very clean and well stocked with cooking utensils. Beds were very nice. There was lots of games to lay and wonderful books to read. We really enjoyed our stay and plan to come back again!

Birthday bash

The house was cozy. Lots of things to do with games had a blast playing the video game with the kids since it was something they had never seen before “Old School games”. Nice and friendly neighborhood. Will definitely stay here again.

Perfect for a family!

The house was located in a great area that was safe and quiet. There were tons of toys, books, and games for the kids. Everything was taken care of and clean. It was warm during the heat of the day without A/C, but we spent most of our time outside anyway.

Good Stay - Local contact when needed not available

Condo/townhome was very nice once we were able to get in. We were given the wrong code and had to contact Evolve to get in as the local contact's (Tamie Aguilera) number went to straight to voicemail and then cut off because the mailbox was full. The first 2 people we talked with at Evolve were no help (1 wanted to give us the owner's number to call instead of handling it and neither the 1st or 2nd one ever called us back). On the 3rd call the young lady was very helpful (wish I remembered her name) and gave us several codes to try with a winner. There was no light at the entry, glad cell phones now have flashlights! Once we got in the stay was great. Lots of things for the kids to play with, they were thrilled. Plenty of room, bedrooms were set up really great, everything was very clean. The owner texted us early the first day to apologize for the issues getting in as soon as she found out. There were no trash bags so she had some delivered from with some chocolates that same morning. She was great to deal with, very thoughtful. Later in the stay we got hold of the local contact as there were only a couple of dishwasher pods and we were out. Said we would have them later in the day, but never happened and no acknowledgement of prior unavailability.Once past the issues starting out, a great stay.

Very cute place and well appointed. We had some major issues with a construction going on during our stay. The management company really took care of us and I appreciate their good customer service. Nice place in a nice area.
