Perfect for large group

We had a 'school camp' style family getaway and this place was perfect. Huge amount of space for games and activities, could definitely cater for more than 15, just check with the property manager. Sonja was really lovely - we had some technical difficulties with booking and she helped us through the whole process. The place is very secluded, so we were free to make lots of noise. Heaps of cute roos around so be careful driving!

We stayed at Bulla Homestead for my best friend’s hens celebration and couldn’t have chosen a better place!Sonja was absolutely amazing from beginning to end. Communication with her was always easy, she was incredibly helpful and accommodating, and I also had the pleasure of meeting her beforehand when she personally showed me around the property and explained everything.The house is huge and perfect for a large group, with plenty of bedrooms and extra sleeping options. All of the ladies were able to stay overnight comfortably. The kitchen was spacious and very well equipped, with plenty of plates and serving items, and having three fridges was fantastic for all our food and drinks.We also loved the pool table, ping-pong, foosball and speakers for our music. There was so much space for us to celebrate, dance and enjoy ourselves.The location was peaceful and private, which made it feel like our own little escape. After the hens night, our bride-to-be stayed on for a few more days with her fiancé, which made it even more special.Thank you so much, Sonja, for making everything so easy and welcoming. We made beautiful memories here and would absolutely stay again!
