The complex is a small 22-unit building in a quiet neighborhood just north of LSU campus, with security gates ensure only tenants have access inside.

The private apartment, shared pool and patio, one off-street parking space in our parking lot. Your additional cars can be parked on the street just steps away.



The Neighborhood:

Quiet neighborhood, mostly grad students. Steps from Tiger Stadium and Matherne's grocery store, Torchy's Tacos, Starbuck's. Jogging paths and parks like University Lakes and City Park nearby. Just south of downtown Baton Rouge, near to Mid-City restaurants and nightlife. Easy access to highway and major hospitals



Getting Around:

Walkable to LSU campus and necessities like grocery stores, restaurants. Easy access to highway. Public transit stops within walking distance. One parking lot space included, and plentiful on-street parking right on the block.



Other Things to Note:

Smoking permitted outdoors; cigarette butts disposed of in the receptacles in the courtyard. Quiet neighbors and a small community feel. LSU football draws many fans to the nearby stadium for home games and tailgating. Traffic will be impacted before and after those games.
