As you step into this urban retreat, you'll be fully outfitted with a living area, full equiped kitchen, full bathroom and bedroom. The king size bed is outfitted with linens the luxury "Comphy" brand.
The property is a duplex but is extremely private with separate entrance and all separate spaces. Our property features a small outdoor sitting area - a tranquil escape from the city's hustle and bustle. It's the ideal spot for enjoying your morning coffee, savoring an al fresco meal, or simply basking in the sun.
Location-wise, you'll find yourself one block off of Magazine street - which any local will tell you - is the heart of the dining scene in New Orleans, The Irish Channell, in Uptown, has the architecture and vibes that are sure to check all the boxes on your visit to New Orleans.
Parking is all free street parking, which is almost always plentiful and easy to find a spot right in front of the house. This is a safe, highly regarded area of New Orleans with great neighbors!

This home is located just 1.5 blocks off of Magazine street in the highly desirable Irish Channell neighborhood. Amazing restaurants, stunning architecture and incredible music venues are all nearby.
Getting Around:
The St Charles streetcar is only a few blocks away. If you have a vehicle, free street parking is available. The French quarter is only a few miles away via street car or a 6 minute drive.
Other Things to Note:
All new Orleans locals must contact us for approval before booking or the reservation will automatically be cancelled.
We do not allow gatherings or parties of any kind.
No smoking inside of home.
