You’ll walk down one flight of stairs to reach the entrance.



The condo itself is entirely private, while the upstairs palapa is shared with one other home, and the pool is shared among the six units, maintaining a peaceful, low-density feel.

The Neighborhood:

Carrizalillo is a residential neighborhood located about a 5-minute walk from La Rinconada, where you’ll find restaurants, a mini-super, pharmacy, clothing stores, beauty salons, bakeries, and a hardware store. You can also walk to Playa Carrizalillo from the property.



Getting Around:

You can walk or call a taxi. The nearest taxi stand is about a 7-minute walk away. Free parking is available for one small car.



Other Things to Note:

We are located in a friendly and welcoming community and, although this is a holiday destination, it's home to other people. As such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence! Specifically, between the hours of 10 PM and 8 AM noise should be kept to a minimum. The pool is shared and is only for registered guests. No smoking anywhere on the premises.



Please review the amenity limitations prior to your stay. Children are welcome; however, please note there is a cliff directly in front of the yard area. For safety reasons, children must be supervised at all times when outdoors. All guests are required to sign the rental agreement prior to their stay. A secure link will be sent before arrival, and completion is required to access the property.
