Peaceful Cottage on 40 acres located in the Gympie and Fraser Coast Region

Cozy Cottage with everything you need tucked away on 40 acres, our destination is a fantastic place to come and disconnect from the business of life to rest, relax and rejuvenate in nature. Located in between the Fraser Coast region and Gympie Region this space is located 50 minutes from Rainbow Beach, Tin Can Bay and K’gari. We have created space for all with a fully fenced and secured space for dogs which also features an Italian Garden, Kids Play Area and access to a magnesium swimming pool, fire pit area, waterfall feature dam and access to our farm friends.

We had a great and relaxing time at Avonlea cabin! We enjoyed the view from the cabin, the lake/falls and the firepit. The kids super loved playing the baby grand piano. Sarah/Jenni replied to all our questions promptly. I would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing time with family or friends.

Great facilities- ideal for our visit with family setting themselves up in Glenwood ( round the corner!). (We live 4 & 1/2 hours away! ). Very peaceful on the 'verandah amongst the gum trees' - great basic food requirements - including bacon & eggs in the fridge ready to cook for brekky & fresh bread for the toaster- pods for the coffee maker ! The baby grand was that extra touch to snatch a quick play now & then! Only 20 mins to Gympie for a pre- fathers day lunch. Thanks for a great stay- we'll be back!

Absolutely stunning property, impeccably clean, everything you need with special touches just like homeRoomy enough to find your own space to lounge sleep eat watch the sunset sunrise or play piano or simply read a book Awesome yard for kids with 3 sets of play equipment pool farm animals fire pit and a gorgeous dam with picnic table lawn area and jetty and wateefall that lights up at night that u can still hear the waterfall at nightAmazing pool and lounges to relaxHosts were super friendly and very caring and understanding as we almost didnt make it thereGteat fenced in areas for house for play uard for pool for kids and pets 10/10
