Our fully renovated Blairgowrie Beach Townhouse is located right opposite the pristine Blairgowrie bay beach (limited filtered water views) & right next to the Blairgowrie Village shops, cafes, restaurants & supermarket. Within a minute you can be swimming in the bay or sipping a latte at the trendy cafes. The very best location in Blairgowrie.
Please note minimum 3 night booking-Easter, long weekends and Summer holidays.

The space
Blairgowrie Beach Townhouse is excellently located right in the heart of Blairgowrie on Melbourne's amazing Mornington Peninsula.
The townhouse is located in a group of 8 townhouses right opposite the pristine Blairgowrie front beach and right next to the Blairgowrie Village shops. The charming Blairgowrie shopping precinct has an array of boutique shops, cafes and restaurants.
Sink you toes in the sand, splash in the waves and enjoy the awesome coastal views from the front or back beaches.
Please note there are minimum night stays in all holiday periods and especially over the Summer Holiday period. We may decline bookings less than 5 nights.
* All linen and bath towels (1 per person) provided.
Upstairs there is an open plan kitchen, living and dining space. The living room features a cosy electric fireplace for the cooler nights and a split system air-conditioner for the hot summer days. All bedrooms have fans and heaters.
The kitchen features a mid size fridge, a Bosch integrated dishwasher and Bosch induction oven and stove tops.
There is a Nespresso pod coffee machine (BYO pods), microwave, toaster, kettle, sandwich maker, blender and all manner of pots, pans, glasses, plates and kitchen utensils. Everything you need to cook up a great meal.
Adjacent to the living area is a small balcony featuring a breakfast bar perfect for alfresco dining and there are bay water glimpses.
The townhouse has 3 bedrooms with queen beds. There is 1 bedroom downstairs with a built in wardrobe and TV and 2 bedrooms upstairs (one has a wardrobe and one does not).
The bedrooms are small to mid size.
The modern downstairs bathroom features a shower over bath, vanity unit with sink and toilet.
The striking upstairs bathroom features a walk-in shower and toilet.
There is a small laundry downstairs with a Bosch front loading washing machine and Bosch heat pump dryer. The laundry also has an iron and ironing board. We have a high chair in the downstairs cupboard.

Please note- the toilets are on a septic system and must not be filled too much. Please don’t flush anything other than small amounts of toilet paper (no sanitary products/ contraception devices etc.) to avoid blocking the system.
BBQ use- please note that we do provide some gas for the BBQ on the balcony- however we never know how many BBQ's people will have and therefore how much gas will be used per stay. Therefore we can not be sure of the gas bottle levels. If your BBQ gas runs out, please go and fill the gas bottle yourselves and we shall refund you the standard amount for a bottle refill - this refund will be direct to your account and not through Airbnb. Please note the BBQ must be cleaned before departure. Failure to scrub and wipe down the BBQ will incur a $100.00 fee.
Please also note- we have fabulous cleaners however we are down the beach and sand is a constant issue due to the wind blowing it up occasionally.
Also- whilst we clean the windows regularly the salt in the atmosphere and rain can make it hard to keep the windows clean at all times.
* Please be respectful of our neighbours and keep the noise down after 10:00pm. If the police are called or we are fined by council for a noise disturbance this fine will be passed onto the guest.
Guest access
Guests will have access the entire property except for some locked cupboards downstairs which store the owners property. These are not be opened.
Other things to note
Please do note that we want you to enjoy your stay and enjoy our great beach side townhouse.
However, we do have external security cameras and we do know the neighbours and have many contacts nearby. So if you are planning a party or if you intend on having more people stay than what you have paid for we will cancel the booking and evict anyone that should not be onsite.
Please note whilst we are opposite the beach we only have water glimpses from the balcony- not direct water views.
Security Doors- we do have 2 security doors. Please don’t lock these when you leave the townhouse as we don’t provide keys. The main front door is an electric lock with pin code.
The security doors are there to provide fresh air and cross breezes during warmer weather.
Hot Water- please note we have a new hot water system (mid size tank) that is excellent- however if guests have long hot showers one after the other and use dishwasher or run hot water it will run out. So please wait say 30 minutes whilst it re-heats
BBQ use- please note that we do provide some gas for the BBQ on the balcony- however we never know how many BBQ's people will have and therefore how much gas will be used per stay. Therefore we can not be sure of the gas bottle levels. If your BBQ gas runs out, please go and fill the gas bottle yourselves and we shall refund you the standard amount for a bottle refill - this refund will be direct to your account and not through Airbnb. Please note the BBQ must be cleaned before departure. Failure to scrub and wipe down the BBQ will incur a $100.00 fee.
Parking- please do not block anyone’s driveway or communal access. Our Townhouse has parking for one car only. The garage can be used however the garage is quite narrow (although I can get my 4WD in there by being super careful).
Other cars must be parked on St Johns Wood Road.
Pets- sorry we do not allow pets. Whilst we do love fur babies, a member of our family is allergic to them so makes it uncomfortable for when we use the property. Also there is no yard or fences so it’s just not a good place for them.
Please note there are minimum night stays in all holiday periods and especially over the Summer Holiday period where we only take 5-7 night minimum stays. We do not accept 1 night stays at anytime.
Easter holidays are for minimum 4 nights. Other government issued long weekends are minimum 3 nights.

Gather used towels 
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish 
Turn off the lights and lock the doors 
Please ensure the back door is locked. 
Please ensure the front door is closed tightly and garage door is down. 
Please remove all personal belongings (costs apply for having to return left over items) 
Please take out the rubbish. The bins are behind the property near the washing line or on the side lane. If you are departing on a Sunday it would be greatly appreciated if you can take the bins out 
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
