I came for the week for a fishing tournament my boyfriend was fishing on the lake. It was very convenient and had all the essentials to have a comfortable stay for a week. The host was very nice and communicative. Would definitely come back!

Was supposed to check in on a Thursday evening, arrived late in the evening. Opened the door to the unit with code provided to find out someone else was already staying there. Had to leave and find a place to stay for the night. The next day same situation. Tried to get answers from Evolve group and was on hold for hrs while talking to several different associates. Horribly unorganized. Nobody seemed to have the authority to find a solution. Im wondering if I will ever get refunded. I feel sorry for the owner of the properties.

We're sorry for the confusion around check-in, as our records show the reserved unit was available and unoccupied, with the mix-up happening at a different cabin whose door had not locked properly. We understand how frustrating that experience was, and we did follow up right away to try to get clarity on what happened. We want every guest to have a smooth arrival and are continuing to look at ways to make check-in clearer and more reliable going forward.
