The house was very clean and exactly as the pictures showed. Short walk to shops and restaurants. The outdoor pool was clean as well. We would definitely stay here again.

Fantastic property. The only small complaint is that the back bedroom gets really warm in the afternoon, evening and into the night. The rest of the house stays nice and cool.

Great place. Staff was wonderful, extremely responsive and helped us with the very few questions we had. Walking distance to everything St. Armand's has to offer, a 15 minute walk to the beach... Yet still a very private, quiet space to relax. Rooms were comfortable, plenty of lounging areas for conversation or just reading your favorite book inside and out. Absolutely lovely place. Our new go-to stay in Sarasota!

We had a few hiccups with the refrigerators and showers not operating properly. The front pool area seemed exaggerated in the photos. The mosquitos around the pool are unmanageable but also the deck was full of debris and blown up floats from prior tenants. The fire pit did not work at all so that spoiled s'mores for the kids. Trash was left overflowing the cans when we arrived. Fixable things. Otherwise the house is very nostalgic and gorg. Well decorated. Beds super comfy. Plentiful beach equipment that saves us a lot of luggage traveling from the east coast. Maintenance guy for the fridges was a flipping hoot!! Glad he got to make our day.
