We had a wonderful stay in this villa! The fantastic pool was an absolute highlight and perfect for relaxing. The beautiful view made every day special and created a pure holiday feeling. The villa is very clean and offers an incredible amount of space, making you feel at home right away. We were particularly impressed by the surrounding area – there are great excursions for all ages, from relaxing walks to exciting activities for the whole family. The villa is definitely worth a visit.

We loved the rural setting and views at Mas Parer, we stayed during the vendemmia and it was nice to see the old terraces being harvested. The house is just a few miles from Banyuls-sur-Mer so very well located for the nearby beaches. We had a day trip to Spain and Cap de Ras which is really quite close in fact and like most of the beaches has excellent snorkelling. It is close enough to Banyuls to visit the patisserie every morning for fresh bread and delicacies.

Lovely situation, comfortable home, good value.

The house has a great layout with a good sized sitting room and bedrooms, a fantastic kitchen and several tables for indoors and outdoors eating.The pool was low due to the drought but still very usable and is due some maintenance. The only aspect of the house whch could be improved and updated is the showers, they are adequate but could be better. Information and help from the owners was excellent. The house is in a lovely situation with a great view of the hills behind. The price is fair and the home is really comfortable.

Nice modern house in the mountains between vineyards.

Large and nice house in the mountains in a quiet location. The house is not directly adjacent to Banyuls-sur-mer, it is a bit away. We were a little disappointed that the pool was not full or cleaned. We found out that it was due to water restrictions. It would have been good if this had been communicated to us before our booking.

The water restrictions in combination with recent sandy rains make it very difficult to keep the cover and the pool clean although the pool is maintained and cleaned weekly. It is very difficult to predict in advance if restrictions will be maintained. The pool is still usable though.

Great stay!

Just arrived back from 10 days in wonderful i Mas Parer and Banyuls. We had a great time at this wonderful property, which comes exactly as advertised on the website. Nicolas and Kathleen have been wonderful in assisting us with arriving at the house, providing precise and detailed driving instructions and getting settled in the house. We were also provided with information on things to see and do in and around Banyuls. Recommended are as follows: Drive to Spain using the small mountain road, go for runs or treks on any of the many trails, visit the olive oil production in Banyuls (http://www.loliviercatalan.fr/?lang=fr), visit the wonderful town of Collioure and make sure to visit Perpingang also. Or just hang around the house and watch the olives grow or fall off the tree, depending on when you visit :-) I highly recommend this house if you are looking to be far away from the hustle and bustle yet close enough to all the fun.

Fantastische locatie en mooi huis

Prima verblijf op een supermooie plek; waar maak je mee dat de druivenpluk voor je deur plaats vindt. Prima huis, mooie inrichting. Eigenaren communiceren uitstekend. Exterieur doet echter niet helemaal recht aan dit vakantiehuis. Buitenverlichting niet op orde, maar vooral ook (oudere) infinitypool niet goed. Waterstand 35cm lager, waardoor niet effectief voor volwassenen.

Grande maison très propre très agréable et très très bien équipé. Les propriétaires sont d'une très grande gentillesse et très à l'écoute. Pour faire simple nous y retournerons avec plaisir et sans aucune hésitation

Rustig gelegen ruime villa met schitterend uitzicht

Heel fijn huis met goede voorzieningen midden tussen de wijngaarden. Lekkere bedden en prettige contacten met de eigenaar in de aanloop naar de vakantie. Mooie omgeving voor uitstapjes naar kustplaatjes met stranden en naar het Spaanse Catalonië.

Absolument sublime!!!

La maison est très jolie et très bien équipée , idéale pour passer de très bonnes vacances en famille . Elle est aussi bien située c'est à dire pas très éloigné des plages et des commerces mais aussi assez isolé pour être au calme et profiter du charme des montagnes. Les propriétaires sont charmants et soucieux de votre bien être. Merci encore Nicolas et Katleen nous repartons avec de beaux souvenirs...

Parfait !

La description de la location est tout à fait conforme à la réalité. La villa est très belle, fonctionnelle , bien entretenue. Idéale pour des vacances au calme en famille ou entre amis, je la recommanderai sans hésiter. Proche de toutes activités (centre ville, commerce et plage à 4km), elle est très bien située (proximité de l'Espagne, des Pyrénées, des sentiers de randonnées). La piscine avec la vue sur les vignes est un vrai plus dont nous avons bien profité ! Le propriétaire est très sympathique et disponible; il nous a donné de nombreux conseils pour l'organisation de notre séjour.

Ein Traum

Das Ferienhaus liegt sehr schön inmitten von Weinbergen, absolut ruhig in einer Sackgasse. Trotzdem ist man in 10 Minuten in der Stadt oder am Meer. Das Anwesen ist sehr großzügig angelegt mit einem Wohnraum und einer großen Küche zu 3 Schlafzimmern, die je ein separates Bad besitzen. Alles, was man brauchen könnte, befindet sich vor Ort. Man merkt, dass die Vermieter das Haus selbst nutzen, es wurde an alles gedacht. Einzig Bettwäsche und Handtücher sind mitzubringen. Es gibt mehrere Terrassen. Der Pool ist groß. Kathleen und Nicolas waren sehr freundlich, hilfsbereit und unkompliziert. Die Anfahrt war perfekt organisiert und Tipps für Ausflüge und Einkaufen gab es extra. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt und können das Haus mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen und vergeben dafür auch gern 5 Sterne. Bestimmt kommen wir wieder.

Un lieu idéal pour les vacances

Une maison dont le confort et la fonctionnalité font apprécier encore plus la tranquillité du hameau et la vue de la piscine. La maison est très bien entretenue et les renseignements et photos fournis dans l'annonce correspondent en tous points; Les propriétaires sont à l'écoute et les contacts d'avant location sont très cordiaux. Les coordonnées sont largement suffisantes pour localiser le bien. Un point de chute parfait pour découvrir les différents sentiers pédestres, les plages de la région et le nord de la Catalogne toute proche. Nous sommes partants pour une seconde visite !
