Our gem on the beach.

Guests will enjoy the fresh air and sunshine and take home memories of vacationing in this fully furnished, one bedroom/one bath condominium. The bedroom has a cal-king bed with views and sounds of the ocean waves thru the sliding glass doors. The living room is furnished with a La-Z-Boy queen size sofa bed with a memory foam gel core mattress. Recliner chair for napping.... 55" smart TV with internet and streaming Prime, Netflix (Mx) and Disney+ . 2 condo phones. New ultraviolet light, carbon and charcoal water purification system throughout condo. The kitchen is perfect for dining. Lagostina cookware, Blendtec blender, Miele dishwasher, bagel toaster /air fryer, electric kettle and microwave. Kitchenaid appliances- fridge with ice dispenser, regular and convection oven, glass top stove, Bosch dishwasher. Weber BBQ. Washer and dryer in separate laundry room. Blackout curtains in the bedroom. Condo is on the beach. Sunrise comes out of the Sea of Cortez on the horizon, into the condo every morning. Boogie boards and masks, beach chairs, pickle ball and tennis rackets, golf clubs and 3 pools and 2 hot tubs and fishing rods, surf boards and pool toys. Easy access by elevator to the 4th floor.

A nice restful break and the condo is in beautiful grounds right o the beach and has everything you ever need and more. And a great host too. Would recommend a car for this location if you don't want to just rest up like us.

We loved our time in this condo. The view is beautiful, the pool was fun. It wasn’t very crowded which made for a more relaxing and peaceful stay. The owners were above and beyond helpful, and very kind and personable. Would definitely do it again in the future.

The condo is beautiful. It is definitely a five star and Helen is a five star host. The condo is equipped with everything you could possibly need. The views from the large balcony are incredible. We went for long walks on the beach and felt very safe. It truly is a Gem on the beach! We will be back.

What an amazing property! Clean and well-maintained grounds and pools located right on the expansive beach. The condo itself is wonderful - clean, updated, beautiful. Everything you will need to cook, make a drink, barbeque, relax. An Uber to San Jose del Cabo is about $10 Canadian. Several restaurants within walking distance. I loved our stay here and thanks to our gracious hosts for their hospitality and sharing their piece of paradise with these frozen Canadians.

Perfection in Every Way!

Every communication with Helene was a delight! She was extremely informative and helpful. We felt more like family staying vs a VRBO business transaction. Check-in was super smooth. Security was extremely friendly. Parking was easy and occasional Uber was simple to catch. Zippers Bar & Grill is a short walk on the beach or under the roadway for a fresh coconut.

What a view!!

The Mykonos Bay condo was great. It had everything we needed for a delightful stay. Loved watching the sunrise each morning. The owners, Helene and Steve, were very helpful by sending emails with suggestions, pictures and answering all our questions. There were lots of beach toys, but we sat at the pool lot because the sand was so hot!! There were plenty of chairs and umbrellas. Great snorkeling just 15 minutes away and a wonderful restaurant, Mama Mias, that you could walk to.

Absolute Perfection!!

I don’t even know where to start, but I’ve stayed at so many rentals, and I give this one a standing ovation. The views? Absolutely stunning, and we got to see some Mobula rays jumping like crazy!The balcony is nicely shaded by 9am every morning, and the breeze was so perfect it made it hard for me to leave! The staff is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and fun. Always willing to give a helping hand!The amenities were abundant! From towels, to spices, to dried goods, and all the pots and pans you could need! Helene has covered everything.Now, speaking of Helene… she is, hands-down, the greatest host I’ve ever communicated with. The amount of advice and helpful tips she gave us before our arrival was incredibly detailed and filled with care and encouragement. By the time we arrived, she made us feel prepared and like family! She has a wonderful property and is a fantastic host. 5/5 stars all around!

Amazing location and well stocked

We have stayed at a LOT of vacation rentals, and this is by far one of the best! This was like staying at home away from home. The refer was stocked with water and beer and all kinds of condiments and sauces. The spices and cooking supplies were awesome for preparing meals... And then there is the view! Listening to the waves as you drift off to sleep, and waking up to look at the ocean is just so relaxing. In mid April we watched whales swim near by and sting rays jumping at dusk. The pools and hot tub were great. Despite being close to the main highway, you don't hear road noise at all. You can walk the beach and walk a few hundred yards to great restaurants. The beach right out front is not great for swimming due to rip tides, but just 200 yards or so is a great swim and surf beach. There are chairs, boogie boards, and a cooler to use at the beach. Plenty of towels and other supplies. The condo is spacious, clean, and elegant. We has to work and had our computers on the deck, and it didn't feel like work. Easy check in and there is an elevator. Comfortable bed and a great shower with good water pressure. Our host was available via email and quick to respond. This is a wonderful place - you will not be disappointed. Can't wait to come back!

Beautiful property right on the beach!!!

Thank you so much Helene & Steve for sharing your condo with us. When we were booking our vacation, we were looking for somewhere peaceful and relaxing where we could unplug from the world and soak up the sun. This place was absolutely perfect!! The condo has a huge lanai looking over the ocean. We kept the doors and windows open at night to allow the ocean breeze to flow through the condo and to hear the waves crashing throughout the night. We started each day watching sunrise from the lanai and then would head to the awesome gym facility for a workout. Afternoons were spent relaxing by the pools with a cocktail in hand. Steve & Helene have an awesome blender for making margaritas!! (Or Beergaritas! Whatever works!) The complex and unit are very clean and well kept. With security guards watching the entrance, we felt extremely safe at all times. The grocery store is a quick 3 minutes drive down the road. We usually walked down the beach (about 20 minutes)to the store to pick up a few groceries and take a taxi home. The kitchen is well equipped with dishes, utensils, pots and pans. They also have many spices and condiments to meet your cooking needs!! Many other things to enjoy: -Great location. sandy beach right at your toes. -Bus stop right out front of the complex if you want to head in to Cabo san Lucas -King size bed is extremely comfortable. -Hottub, 2 pools, Firepit & tennis court -Many lounge chairs around the pool- never an issue to find one available -Great beginner surfing location nearby We cannot wait to come back! First VRBO Experience in Mexico

This was our first time renting in Mexico, we normally do all inclusive resorts. This was the perfect condo and had everything we needed!. Complex wasn't full so pool area and beach were nice and quiet. Very relaxing and so amazing to wake up to ocean view each morning. Property manager Todd was so helpful and responsive to any request. Would definitely recommend this property!!

30th Wedding Anniversary

In short: amazing! The location of this property could not have been any better. Corner unit with stunning ocean views! We had dinner at the Hilton one night and Helene’s condo was closer to the water than any of those extremely expensive hotel rooms. Not only is this condo very reasonably priced, it also has everything you need to enjoy your stay. Exceptionally clean and beautifully decorated. Very peaceful and quiet although a bit of road noise from the pool area. My absolutely favourite part is the large balcony. Loved watching the sun rise and the waves crash while lounging on the pristine white covered balcony. I could have stayed on that balcony all week. Simply perfect! Thank you Helene! We will be back!

Why they chose this property

We bought this property after owning another condo for 14 years down the beach. We are using our condo to recharge our batteries and enjoy the wonderful clean air and sunshine that we get here. This is an easy access from home and a break from babysitting, sailing and gardening. I have been coming by myself for years and feel completely safe here. The Mexican people have always been helpful to me. Now our sons and their family are spending more time here, too. Memories of fishing on pangas, para sailing, playing in the surf and helping baby turtles get to the water reinforce our many good times here.
