Great place for a family to stay. A private oasis and great base to set out and explore in an excellent location. Property management was top notch and always responsive and communicative. Highly recommended.

Nice place with everything we needed.

Good location, only a short walk from the main st. Heated pool a real treat and very well equipped kitchen. Beds super comfy and lots of games for the lids to play.

Fantastic host and amazing house. I was extremely impressed with the cleanliness of the property, i am quite particular with that sort of thing but this place defiantly exceeded my expectations. Great location for anything you might need and close to restaurants and beaches.Thank you for the experience! :)

Amazing place to stay!

As per check-in instructions it was very smooth entering. The house was perfect for our 5 day stay. 8 people with enough space, that we didn’t feel crammed. Spent majority of the time outdoors, swimming and enjoying the entertainment area. Only issues were a smoke alarm, which was resolved very quickly & the single downstairs bedroom reverse cycle not working. Otherwise, the house had everything you needed more!! Highly recommend if you’re looking for a holiday home in Palm Cove!!!

Poor internet (couldn't watch main tv's) for the first 6 days. Everything was through the internet. Technician came out 3 times.Pool was only usable for 4 days. Reported problem on our arrival (Saturday). Pool man came 4 days later. Filter/cleaning system was off. Pool man came out multiple times. He cleaned & switched on. Pool cleaning system is very noisy. Was supposed to switch off automatically at night but didn't. Came again, got it to switch off automatically but wouldn't switch on automatically so the pool was dirty again within 3 days. We gave up in the end.Uneven tiles in pool area were dangerous.Outdoor chairs in front of the BBQ were filthy. Cushion covers very dirty.Living area and cinema room worked well once the internet was fixed. House is spacious. and suited a large group. Location is good.One thing that doesn't get mentioned in the ad is the amount of road noise you get from Captain Cook highway in the backyard. Other minor issues:-Fan in master bedroom toilet didn't work.-Tap nearest master bedroom toilet leaked. Cleaners came and cleaned the house interior half way through the stay and did an excellent job.Summary.If we had known about issues with the Pool, backyard noise and Internet we would never have picked this house. All 3 of these issues are show stoppers in my opinion.Staff and Host that we met / communicated with were courteous and tried to be helpful but couldn't fix the basic issues.
